Still like a milkshake, but with a bigger straw. PlanetVape claims about a 30% increase in airflow. May not seem like much, but I like it, it doesn't feel like I'm just holding my breath while hitting like it does with the stock stem.

I just hit my PVHES Gong stem dry on level four. Tasty and warm, but started to get a bit uncomfortably hot towards 10 seconds. I figure this feels warmer only slightly faster than my normal PVHEStem. If I only had my Gong stem (and no water path), I think 5-7 second hits would be the way to go...
