Springer is right... Definitely no good came come of it for the company. Not only do they lose profits but the negative feedback from an inferior product is naturally going to play onto the FF product. I hope I'm wrong here and that something can be done.

Just have to post back here after having my FF for months, gotta say it's still the cadillac of portables IMO. Chatted with Patrick and I must say the folks over at Firefly have the BEST customer support, really taking care of all of my needs. 10 out of 10 stars for both product and support!

thanks everyone, this place rocks...so does my awesome nano. I've got three things to hold (nano, wp, and stem) but only two hands. Without trying it, I'm assuming that I leave the wp on the table and hold the stem and nano while taking a hit.. Does this seem correct?

Wahooo, my D020-D just arrived from China! Looks amazing too. I'm still waiting on my @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd carbed GonG though. Anyone know if I can use my new WP with my nano using the adapter that comes with the wp? I can't stand having this baby and not trying it!!
