They clearly don't understand the most basic of sales/marketing principles which is "under-promise and over-deliver." On the plus side the PFE is a perfect fit and match.

FYI...My "in-stock" PFE turned into one month until received...

When I ordered, in January, it said in stock so I ordered one. It didn't come with the order. I was considering asking them to refund it. Also the vape came with a small scratch. Other than that so far so good.

Here you have it... 1/21->3/13 ... 7 weeks and 2 days. All emails received and my comments after. Seems like if I followed up sooner I wold have gotten it sooner. You can also just buy the pen and add accessories when you get the Address Confirm email. Thanks for pre-ordering a Grasshopper...
