Maybe some, but as you mentioned before it’s not profitable to sell coils/PIDs without a markup. Instead, it might be good to pick one (DC PID and coil) as a primary recommendation and maybe something cheaper/easier to obtain for international folks.

I guess my main point is this a known and heavily discussed issue with Dan and his products. Of course discourse is the main goal here, but wait times are pretty much what they are at this point. I, too, paid for a product that by all accounts appeared finished, yet waited several months after...

Considering the quality of product Dan puts out, he can take as long as he needs. People have complained about the wait times before in this thread. If patience isn’t a virtue one possesses, then a Toad probably isn’t for you.

Price and design. Z8 has a more complicated and complete zirconia housing requiring only one screen to retain the rubies. ZX is more affordable because it is a less complex design and less material used. However, that comes at the cost of a less “secure” version with a screen above and below...
