I had both the V Tower and the Extreme Q but never actually had to call Arizer for any problems. This is defnitely a plus and after reading more pages of this thread is seems as if the arizer people are quick to respond.

How come the arizer is so cheap at planetvape in comparison to other places?

Is the warrenty on this product very good? Are the folks at arizer easy to deal with? I'm trying to decide between this and an MFLB with power adapter. I'll mostly be using it as an at Home vape but will bring it around. I've owned a V-Tower, Extreme Q, Da Buddha, and vapebowl in the past...
