Wow sorry to hear you’ve had back surgery.. I’ve been struggling with back pain for over 10 years and fighting off the desire to have a lumbar fusion.. docs are telling me to wait and things will change, hard to take when everyone says just get the surgery. Speedy recovery! Respect! -YaMon
