What temps are you using? I emailed them about mine today, hoping they will give me a better discount on the replacement than t he normal 20% off, but I will get getting a replacement either way (mine was the PB x Dnail, 2 months old).

My lotus just suffered a blowout too, I've only been using the pack that it came with which worked fine for a few weeks then pop. Need to email them, but I may move away from this platform eventually. Thought this would be the last vape I bought, the search continues :shrug:

I just got mine using a xl v1.1 uni heater on 1111. Love not having to stir anything, I just leave the top on until I fInish the bowl. I got the quartz bowl in 18mm but kinda wish I went with boro (assuming the boro are thicker). I need to try out different packs, just using 6mm pearls right...

Got my haze and the balls are pretty worthless, lots of restriction. With all the balls out it's great though, I would recommend saving a few bucks and getting the one without balls.

Looks like they listed the handles with a discount for zenleaf owners on the site. I leave my Mary on the coil at 650 now for hours and the handle doesn't warm up at all.
