Thanks so much everyone! I guess I was overthinking things a bit. Still have no idea what the final glass piece is. IT looks just like the oil diffuser cup on their website, but there is a hole that fits the heating element. I'll post a pic later this weekend.

I did get the tool. I just found that the stir and volume reduction lead to a little bit of the load falling out. Not sure if this would damage the heater or leave resin etc on it. Thanks! Also, I have the stem with the built in glass screen, Do people put the wire screen over this? Sorry...

Total noob here, I just got gifted one of these beauts with the ice straw and the glass screen. I have some questions. Forgive my ignorance. 1. Unless you hold the device horizontal it looks like plant material can fall right on the heater. Assuming this is a non-issue? 2. It looks like it...
