Hey Virgil, I just got my 2nd MV1 and I'm having trouble adding it to the app. I followed the directions to a tee , waiting for the green circle to be complete.I was then sent to the next step FIRMWARE RESET RESET YOUR VAPE with a PREPARING TO RESET tag on the bottom of the page.I've been holding both buttons for many a minute and nothing is happening.Could you tell me what to do? Thanks for your time.
