What are peeps favourite technique for a one hit extraction with the Inductor on the Tornado?

Cram in a nug, zap the oven mid-way wit Inductor on 28V. 2 seconds, wait for heat to distribute, give a zap on the letters, wait for the click. Draw.

A button press of about 2 seconds at most. Definitely not more, you can combust easily that way. Placing the ferrocore on the inlet holes is also powerful. My feeling is that because of the construction of Tornado heat distributes fastest from those points.

Every chance I get and I’ve had mine for about 5/6 months now.

Honestly it’s probably the best bit of vaping kit I own. it really is phenomenal how smooth the vapour is
and you can do an absolutely lung busting inhale no problem.

I know it sounds like hype but it really is that good! (imo)

Heating-wise I favour the flare personally over the wand but that’s obviously just my preference.

Yup! It's been days and days now, and I'm still obsessed with it!

Seriously though, from the view of a new user, I couldn't call it the best myself, simply because there's no such thing, but in it's class it's peerless, though it has to be said it's the only member of that class! But that doesn't diminish it's exceptional function and performance.

Sorry, seriously seriously now - it's unique and extremely useable from the start, even without any instructions beyond "this end goes in yer gob"[sic]. I've managed a good few really dark roasts that even @PrematureEvaporation would find acceptable and yet not a single combust. It's clearly in a class of it's own and deceptively well designed.

But it's not a suitable vape for using all the time (at least not yet, I've a lot of experience to gain) so 'best' isn't really how I can rate it (or other vapes). Sometimes it's just more than what I want at that moment, or maybe I want something more terpy for the different effects, or I want a more gradual hit, but when it comes to some serious medication while remaining more functional I've nothing better by a long chalk.

At the moment I'm seriously wondering whether I'm going to want to set up the Screwball any more except for maybe a multi-person session where numerous back-to-backs are effortless on the Screwball.

Got it in November last year, never looked back. It's my daily driver. I do think it's important to pair it with a capable torch or IH. I use it all the time. I would always recommend the Tornado for medical users because the extraction is so complete. Also, you can make it as terpy as you want. And it does great with micro dosing. Just takes time to really get to handle it. Like learning to drive stick shift.

Yea I was the same way. Seems like they are working through the orders, mine updated yesterday for my order placed on 4/20 for a full rig, to USA. The shop app updated and I got an email with shipping tracking.

No. Why would you mind the patina? You can polish it with Barkeeper's Friend and then it will oxidize again.

It’s my driver and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Especially since the Forge arrived. Tornado gets 90%+ of my usage.

Yeah, is still happens, no way to avoid it I'm afraid. You can clean it with Barkeepers Friend like you said but it will go right back after awhile.

Yes, an IH will cause discoloration. Just not as bad as a torch. I actually like the even discoloration my Tornado has from only seeing the Wand and probably won’t bother deep cleaning it. But it’s easy to remove if you really feel the need.

Well for me at least, it took some serious wanking with that green polish paste to get it back to normal. Talking about the anvil here, still without Tracking for the 420 buy.

I've got to try and decide if this FORGE is worth that steep ass price...notvto mention a battery and charger..I wish that I knew for certain that the Flare or wand would work as well as the FORGE...I must squeeze the trigger on an IH soon....please help

Halfway down the heat shield. I had an old anvil stem with the xl mouthpiece and that worked. It's basically the half rig. I feel no need for a different stem. A wood heat shield would balance like that too, because of the similar length

The order on my email confirmation definitely says "pre-sale delivery April 2025". I'm hoping they don't try to say it was a June pre-order because it definitely wasn't. I am in Europe however and maybe they are just prioritising North American orders first? Still it's nearly 2 weeks since the order.

I received my 420 tornado full rig yesterday in the UK. Pretty sure it was one of the first ordered.

And I don’t want to disappoint all those eager beavers who ordered but…..




It’s really good! A very nice full spectrum stone with an impressive smoothness. I’m going back through my strains and it’s bringing out the best in them all. And the 420 edition is a very nice green - akin to the drab olive colour of guitars. Not a million miles from the Dani vape but hits harder.

Colour me impressed.

Doesn‘t work at all with my flare ih though.


Patience people - it’s worth the wait.
