The Cana Vape. Looks like a Phedor type thing, but you can stick a wand on it.
i liked in the video when he was "vaping" hash, and pulled the wand away reveiling a small cherry and kept smoking!

Ia! Ia! Vapor Fthagn!
from what I read while trying to look up the CanaVape. I did find out the heat source is made from a Hakko soldering iron.
looks very similar to the DIY hakko with ssv heater cover.

I was intrigued by the pocket vape. I looked it up on google, and came up with this being sold at vaporstore.com:

AFAIK, the one from rock sci is not mass produced yet. A post on marijuana.com from 2008 said the inventor was thinking of marketing it for $400, and the rock sci website says it is "going back to R&D".

I wonder if the inventor is now marketing his product as the one in this picture, no longer the small ceramic/glass looking pipe, but the plastic taser looking item in this picture?

That unit has uh, this interesting youtube comment.

DenverCompDoc This product is a butane torch heating a ceramic shell which holds a thick metal bowl. Butane can reach temps up to 2400F and higher. I severely burned my lungs after taking one hit off this thing. It caused intense pain and fever for a couple of hours, and a nasty burning pain for over 8 hours
Ow.

This Vapro thing seems interesting though.

I emailed him because his vape looked amazing.
He said he is looking at getting it manufactured at the moment and didn't give me any details on release date or price.

The vaporization happens with help of a built in charcoal filter, that helps fade away the smoke and just provide a vaporization for inhalation. Please give us a few hours, we're working on uploading a video that shows exactly how to use the vaporizer. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

So I don't think its a vaporizer... I think its a pipe with a charcoal filter?

I've got a video of this one... It looks like combustion?
If it runs through a carbon filter I bet it doesn't smell though...?

digglover,
Why would the sneak-a-vape be marketed as a vaporizer if it relies on combustion? I don't understand it. It also says on the ebay description that it doesn't involve combustion. Why would they lie? It does look pretty neat, though I wonder how safe the materials are, and where it's made.

One of the pieces is probably some part like the end of the vapor genie.

i just saw that sneak-a-vape on ebay and was wondering about it. come in here and it seems i'm not alone!
i kinda want a portable for festivals this summer but wouldn't be able to justify the cash for an iolite or launch box.
like quomist i assumed a piece had to be like the vapor genie/vaporstar. hmm... wonder how new it is?

Has anyone tried the Sneak A vape or I have also seen it titled Vape2Go, its practical that you can actually use the torch for combustion as well, but of course do not want the vape itself to combust...also has anyone used the HDvape, I am thinking of getting one in person since the blower lives in seattle, I am just not exactly sure how well it works/if you are inhaling butane
