Nice, thanks for that info but the stash container is too good for me to give up!

    I have it set on tcr 235, 350°, 18w.
But that's temp controlled. I clean the donuts on power mode 22w. They glow in 1 sec. I haven't broken or burned out a single one yet!
@zor I agree about that! But a really cool trick I learned is to get a battery mod that can hold 2 batteries and only use 1, user the other space to hold your goods ;) I can't get 2g in the evolve container, but I can get 6 in the ecig mod ;)

hmmm.......i'm using an eleaf istick 60w. In temperature control mode wattage doesn't go less than 30w for both titanium and nickel.

I'm using the evic vtwo mini. You can set it however you like. It was about $35. Also I'm using a custom value for m1 (235) in TCR mode not temp ni or ti.

What would you guys say is the maximum amount of shatter that one could cram into the evolve plus's intergated silicone dish?

I never weighed mine out but i'd say almost 2 grams just from visualizing it. You'd most likely have to cram it in there to fit it all.

I fit 1g with room to spare but you don't want to risk gumming up your threads (easy to clean but why waste precious wax?)

It really depends on the concentrate that is being put in the silicone dish , i have fit probably about 2g's of crumble with no risk in gumming up the threads at all and used a dab tool to scoop a bit out . I guess wax/shatter would be less.

Consistency definitely matters, but even so I'd recommend some working space, maybe a cm or two about the rim, so you can work with very sticky shit or even just have space to break up shards of shatter without them flying around the room!

I agree with you @zor , @danald2000 you would be fine with a gram and safe. The pen def has allot and comes with a small price tag , also different coils could be purchased separately such as ceramic donut for added flavor but not as big of hits as the dual quartz would give you. It really is a great pen for the price , they are around $25 on ebay , i recommend the seller Vacavapes if purchasing on ebay.

I've just coupled my doughnut atty with an Eleaf Aster and it is the tastiest hit I've had from the Yocan Evolve and that was simply sticking it on 7.5w. As it has an anti-drip cap, I think I just found my perfect out-and-about, stealthy dab mod

Has anyone dabbled with any settings on a box mod and these Yocan Evolve doughnut attys, such as Temp mode?

@Genki88 what mode / settings are you using?

@1DMF 11-15 watts. The ceramic donut and qdc do not support temperature control.

@Genki88 Thanks for the advice, appreciated. I'm enjoying the flavour @ 7.5w so looks like I've found my sweet spot with these cheap Chinese attys :)

Really looking forward to getting my Divine Tribe attys and playing with TCR etc.. :brow:

i run between 11 and 15, the lower the watts the better the flavor.

I don't like QDC / coils and only use ceramic doughnut atomisers. I can taste metal / wick no matter how low the temp / watts on wick / coil type atomisers.

And I've tried a few, not just Yocan ones, so no accounting for taste I guess.
