I tend to find that yields are ~20% depending on the resin content of the starting material for rosin, ethanol shatter, Co2 and distillates (most distillates are distilled from an alcohol or alkane solvent extraction of course).
Dry ice hash is very difficult to determine actual resin yields. The reason is that most of what you get when you make dry ice hash after the first few seconds of agitation (which still does not produce full melt due to contaminant, dry ice really makes bud turn to powder with little encouragement) is basically just very finely ground (pulverized) bud.
Bubble hash and full melt dry sift yields tend to be from 3-10% for flowers, and 1-3% from trim depending on resin quantity and quality IME.
