Randy always having been an original guy, is not using small dense candy for packing... and I suspect he found a deal on the candies and decided to spread the love!
He speaks often of Karmic Balance.

PV has found a unique way to add a snack that is cost efficient packaging, and is used to buffer packages from bruises... This is an original feat that nobody can copy

<3 Laffy Taffy. Pretty messed up that I'm thinking of placing a PIU order just so I don't have to go out and buy some.

For attention of Puff-it-up reps, I placed and paid for an order to the value of nearly $100 on the 20 November last year. I waited patiently for it to arrive, and im still waiting. I emailed you twice between then and now, and not alone did I not get an explanation, you didnt even have the commom courtesy or decency to reply to me. Not even a damn reply, what type of customer service is that?! My order no. is 9484. I think its sad i have to resort to calling you out online to get a reply to why I gave you nearly a hundred of my hard earned money, and you cant even reply to my emails explaining the status of my order, how ignorant. Please amend this situation, at the very least reply this time, thanks and peace out

Did you try calling their number? 1-800-420-4237

I too don't put up with bad service and in no way am I making excuses for someone I don't even know but sometimes shit happens (spam filters, mail servers on blacklists, etc).

Cheesing and dainfluence...puffitup has a great reputation around here so you are an unusual case. I bet it got lost in spam as well. I would try calling and replying to the email bill you got. Also you can send a message through chat online. 1-800-420-4237

Just to be clear, I had great service from Puff-It-Up. I was just saying that bad service (in general) is disappointing to me and I recommended that dainfluence pick up the phone... just as you did mostly because of my good experience with them.

Can you get a free Google voice number in Ireland? I have had good luck with it for personal and business use.

Oh Cheesing I didn't mean to insinuate that you had issues but it appeared that way from how I structured the sentence...sorry. I didn't think you had any problems.

I am betting Randy had a shitload of work during holidays and maybe that's why he was kind of away from his mails. I had contacted him about an offer for some XP's for friends but haven't heard back since. I haven't seen an update to the site about them either... Anyway, he sent me back my exchanged Solo very fast some days ago and I can't thank him enough! I feel safe again with the Solo present! :p Randy? Are you OK mate? :)

Google voice(phone) is good for outgoing calls, and not incoming.
Email a friend to be near his phone and call... that is what I do.

i like GV for incoming calls. i can screen the caller, send him to voicemail, and listen to him leave the voicemail while he is leaving it and decide to pick up if i want to.

If you were trying to say google voice then that would require you computer on and your sound hehe. I hardly ever have sound on but I bet a lot of you play music so if it doesn't pause it same issue.

no... you give out your GV number... its a virtual number. when you sign up for GV you get a virtual number that when someone calls it, will ring all the phones you tell it to. for example if you call my GV number my house phone, my cell phone, and my work desk phone all ring at the same time and keeps ringing till i pick up one of the 3 phones or sends it to GV voicemail

Hi all, just to update everyone and show my gratitude as I'm a believer in good work being applauded, Puffitup have rectified the situation big time and made me a very happy customer. Great customer skills by Randy and his team have put my mind at ease about my missing order by re-shipping and refunding part of the order. Such was the kindness and interest i was shown , i decided to go ahead with renewed faith thanks to randy and the members on here, and order an Arizer Extreme Q, Wooooohooooo!!
    Can't wait to recieve.
I couldn't have been made feel more welcome and puffitup really went that extra mile to sort out the situation with generous offers and upgraded priority shipping ;) so no repeat of last time ;)

All in all, big shout out and thanks to Randy and co. great turnaround and kindness topped off by offering such great products and deals , that I'm willing to order from half way around the world to get my hands on them ;) Peace out and thanks to all FC members who showed an interest and helped me with advice and humour ;)

Now rock n'roll over the pond to me baby Q and show me who's the daddy!!

i purchased my Solo from PIU last week. I asked Randy if he could swap out the free grinder for a Tight Vac storage container instead. Anyway, they did not have the color and size of Tight Vac in stock so instead he sent me 2 different sizes in the next closest color.

Randy and PIU is world class.

    Thanks again Randy!
