I've been lurking for awhile and felt strongly enough to post about a recent purchase.

Very poor design and worse customer service. Both dry and oil cartridge fail to vaporize, and customer service tells me in short words, 'that's our product'. Don't waste the time. I should have known since they also sell drug tests and cleanouts.

To be fair, it was the cheapest at the shop,$120. But it should work at least once

The 'Galaxy' was described to me as the party vape, separate model

Looks like theyve been busy copying a bunch of other vapes... They have one that looks like the trippystix, another thats the microG/cloud pen and an ecig/joyetech model.

They also have a new one coming out called the dube, looks exactly like an ecig, says it can do herbs and wax. Id love to get one but i cant find any pictures of the inside of the cartrdige or description of the cartridge they use. Oh well 2 good to be true probably is
