Level 30 Nature/Healer
The only downside is that the lotus won't work at such heights.

I don't think it's butane, even with a hemp wick I find it harsh at times.

Appreciate the help everyone. FYI...I ended up going with the pax for the long warranty, portability, and simplicity. Not sure how long the battery is going to last but I'm rather impressed with it so far and I think it will work well for day trips. I think I'll get a vape pen and/or a mflb for the longer trips.
... On the torch lighter discussion, I've had a lot of problems getting torch lighters to light or stay lit in the mountains...the oxygen levels are lower at higher altitudes and it throws off the fuel to air ratio. The wispr iolites say they are designed to work at up to 8k feet but if you search online you will find people having problems getting them to ignite at around 6k and up and I'm guessing it's the same with other products as you approach the altitude limits of the lighter.

Pen vapes are nice for oils, but if you are using flowers I would recommend anything else... pens are not the best with dry herb.
