what temperature gun should I buy ?!

Im not into dabbing, but I think you dont need too much precision. So an inexpensive one should do imho. I bought this one to monitor my qwet purging.

Ideally you want one with adjustable emissivity. This greatly improves the temperature accuracy. For example, my IR gun is not adjustable and when I try to read the side of my stainless steel kettle (after boiling water) it shows ~90°, when it should be ~190°
