What Is Happening With My Package?

Recently I ordered a vaporizer and had it shipped from the states to Canada. I waited with great anticipation, tracking the package's progress very closely. Finally it arrived in my home city! I was so excited to have it arrive within the next couple days, until strangely I see that it is being shipped out of country... What? Now it is being processed in the states AGAIN? What the fuck??? I have no idea what is going on with the shipment and I am very worried about it. Please look at this shipping number for USPS and Canada Post and help me understand what is going on: CV 031 860 985 US

it actaully looks like it was undeliverable and was being returned to the usa. i would contact where you got it from and canada post and ask them.
