I still haven't got my first vape yet, but one of the main reasons I'm looking at vaping is the possible health benefits. Although I havent been a heavy smoker for sometime, on the rare occasions that I do have a combustion session, there is a noticeable effect on my lungs for weeks afterwards, when I go for a run. I want to know exactly how far vaporizing can go to minimize this. So I was wondering if people could post the following: A) How much do you vape/smoke? B) What condition do you feel your lungs are in? Perhaps its not the most scientific of studies, but I think it will be interesting nonetheless.
