wand stuck on element

so, i accidently dropped my vaporwarez and now the whip is jammed onto the heating element and is stuck. i tried pulling it off but it just starts to pull out everything.. element included. how do i get it off?

try putting it in the freezer to let the glass contract then wiggle it loose

problem fixed, had someone hold the element while i pulled off the whip. thanks for the fast reply though!
