Hello,

I have had a DAbOX for 6 months and love it!

Last night I cleaned the box for about the 3rd time.

When I removed the glass chamber, a small, wry thin O ring stuck to the chamber.

The ring may have stretched or torn, I can’t tell for sure, but I cannot get the glass chamber to properly seat so as to remain attached instead of bouncing around in the channel.

Thought? Does the warranty cover this?

Hi @Jholidayb , your DabOX kit comes with replacement O-rings. The O-ring you are looking for is used here:

The size of the O-ring is 18mm with 0.5mm thickness:

Through your advice and YouTube, I found where the washers “should” go.

Me getting the O-ring installed in that groove is slightly questionable...

I think the reason the glass chamber was not “seating” was because I had to push the glass chamber out from the bottom. Doing that caused the silicone splash guard to slide inside the glass chamber and became detached from the base.

I installed the silicone piece first, then the glass chamber and everything is working well.

I’m off to do my O-ring installation meditation...
