Primal-friendly pizza... in the crust, instead of the 3 TBLS of olive oil it called for, I used 3 TBLS of my own ABV coconut oil (cannanut?). The crust is a tapioca flour crust, with fresh garlic and basil thrown in for good measure. Sun dried tomatoes, salami and canadian bacon, mushrooms, olives, and mozz. Simple, basic, sublime... and medicated! woo hoo!! Edit: Update... I used the cannanut oil, which ended up being 1.5 Tbls per person, and WOW.. we are both baked! It's a lovely, heavy, body med, with the cotton batting around the head effect, as well. Made the oil with our own ABV, so all to the good!
