    PV has them custom made. I ordered one from them and had it here in Europe in less then 10days...Would off course be great if vaposhop would be able to offer them in Europe, but the way I unerstand it the GonG adapters are custom made by PV themselves...

    Yes i did not realise that before today lol.
    But I think it's a quite important "detail" for people purchasing a new vaporizer to be able to find accessories at the same online shop (so no additionnal shipping costs).
    I love Vaposhop for it's service and prices, and i just though that if I were running such a business I would be looking for such accessories that people here are fond of

    A few days ago I ordered my second vaporizer from Vaposhop, payed with Paypal and the day after the payment was cleared they shipped the vape. Now, the next day after shipping it has arrived already. I bought a Silver Surfer to replace my daBuddha, just for the aesthetics and because of their promo at the moment. Thanks again for the great service, I will deal with you guys again!

    Also bought a Silver Surfer because of their promo. It was missing the "Custom Glass Stir Tool" and "3 Replacement Screens" that is on the package contains list. Anyone else experience this? Can I just get those things mailed in an envelope by contacting support? They haven't answered a previous mail yet. The manual was also missing, but who cares. Otherwise the unit works great.

    Hi . When avariable arizer solo AGAIN ? What is difference between arizer solo m107 and new model M1D ?

    As far as I know the M1D models are identical to the previous M107 batch.

    EDIT: We've just received a new supply of Arizer Solo vaporizers. Sorry for the delay!

    Yes, we're definitely planning on it. We're looking into it, along with several other new vaporizers, and will hopefully have the Pax available soon.

    Sorry for the double post, but interesting stuff:

    We've just received new Iolite WISPR models (as far as we know, one of the first vaporizer shops to sell these :D) including the colour Black, by popular request.

    These revised WISPR models fix a lot of the complaints people had about this vaporizer. We haven't been able to test it extensively yet, but the ignition switch definitely feels more durable.

    We'll have to wait on the official announcement by Iolite to know exactly what all the changes are.

    Bought a solo off these these guys two weeks ago. Took about a week from Holland to Scotland so not bad. I also bought a tuff cyclone and spare elbows for my EQ. Oh also a PA for the solo. Now... The postmen mustve been playing dodgeball with my package lol. In no way do I blame VS for any damage as it was packed awesomely. However, my tuff bowl had a little crack on the underside of the lip(yep gotta love the irony), one elbow was broken at I'm guessing the place every elbow that has ever broken broke<< mouthful! My Solo works fine no damage to it as it was in its box within a box within a box.
    The only part that was 'someone's' fault was the second part of the PA was simply absent.
    Now for some praise..
    Thankyou so much Frederique from Vaposhop! So, so helpful and accommodating with a resolution.
    1. Fast as ass response!
    2. Replacing broken parts!
    3. Sending out missing part.

    5. Friendly service.
    You know I don't think I could be any more pleased with them even if there hadn't been any damages.
    May sound overboard to some but they've somewhat reignited my faith in humanity.. or maybe its all this vapor talki ;-)

    I strongly discourage anybody from buying from Vaposhop!

    I ordered an Arizer Solo from them, which came in broken.
    This can happen to anybody, so this is not the reason for my complaints.

    What happened later is simply outrageous.

    I contacted them on 27.12 to tell them that I think that my unit arrived broken (at the same time asking for help on FC - thanks again for the support).

    It took them until I called them on the phone 8 days later to even send a template email with return direction. A wrong email with Azarius return address isntead of Vaposhop's!

    Then on January 8th 13:00 I got an email from them stating: "We will inform you when the package is in."
    Problem is: this email was sent 30 minutes after the package was delivered!

    They asked me what I want to do - get money back or a replacement unit.
    It wasn't until I called them again on the phone when they told me that they have no unit's in stock.

    First they promised they will be in next week. When pressed they admitted they actually have no idea... The solos are still not in stock as of writing (a month later)

    When I told them I want money back in this case they kept asking me what I want to do 3 or 4 times as if they couldn't read.

    The strangest email I've got read:
    I will get back to you on monday 14-01. If the Solo is back in stock, I will send it immediately. If not, I will send you a refund form.
    Problem is, it was sent on 14-01, when they already knew it was not in stock.

    Finally they told me to fill in a Word form for the return, which had a note:
    Please be aware that it can take 1-3 weeks until the transfer will be done.

    I told them it was unacceptable and they promised to return the money ASAP.

    After a week has passed I told them to return the money again. They promised to return it by the end of the week. Which means I should have received the money last Friday.

    Despite the promises the money still haven't arrived.

    Bottom line: it's now exactly a month and a day since I contacted them about returning the unit, and I'm still waiting for them to return the money despite their promises.

    Another thing: it takes them at least 1 day to respond to any, even the most simple kind of email.

    For comparison: I've contacted Arizer in the meantime, and we exchanged several email in one day and I happily confirmed that my unit is indeed broken and I'm not just being stupid.

    I finally bought another Solo off e-bay, the seller was also very responsive so it's not like an unattainable golden standard I'm wishing for or something.

    I never had to send anything back so cannot command really, does seem like someone made a mistake and this should not have happened...Hope they will make it up to you one way or the other...I have always had good contact with them...

    I wanted to believe this is an accident - but it clearly isn't. It would be understandable if there was a fuck-up at one point in the process.
    But the whole affair was a wtf-fest from the beginning to the end.

    On the other hand if I had received a good unit in the first place it wouldn't have happened. So maybe they are only that bad at handling returns.

    Just got an email from them saying they have forgotten to send me the money.

    "You can start a complaint if you want; but im telling you, we are also just people sometimes forgetting things, or making mistakes. "
    How professional.

    They promise to send it today, let's see how this goes.

    Bochen, i don't think there was any ill intention on their part really. My dealings with them have always been fine and everyone who i know bought from there also did not have any problems.

    Maybe they are a little process-slow, but i'm sure everything will be sorted out.

    I bought a few VG Coils and one of them lacked the screen and screen support. It did take a few emails back and forward and some time passed by. But in the end they sent me another one and all is good! I'm a happy camper. They clearly stand behind their business.

    Joke is on me for not looking inhere and missing out on the 10% FC discount.
