Vapor Expiration Time

Just a guess, but I imagine as the vapor cools it would begin to coalesce into larger droplets due to condensation(on itself). Larger particles probably won't penetrate as deep into the lungs. Not to mention it tastes stale after just a few minutes.

For some reason its harsher for me the longer it sits ??

Yeah, it's one of the reasons I don't prefer bags, but when I had my Ion, things went downhill pretty quick after the 15min. mark. Actually, I think condensation begins as soon as you fill up the bag and progressively gets worse the longer the vapor stays in the bag.

Yes. You lose more vapor with every second that elapses. Saving a bag of vapor for later isn't efficient.
