Just a personal opinion :
Go for 2700K 90 CRI ( or 2700K 90Ra ) .
It is a warm white light. With a color rendering index of 90 ,it offers a more natural
appearance to surrounding objects ,since their colors are rendered more true.
Also ,due to heavier phoshor load the light is a bit dim ,realtive to other temperatures.
So it won't be stressing the eyes ,especially when lit in low ambient light situations.

Also the warm light will tend to last longer (service life ) due to the more red phosphor
used to make the warm white light
( blue excitation LEDs + mix of yellow/amber/red phosphors =
high CRI warm white light
) .
Red nitride phosphors used at 2700K 90Ra LEDs are very heat resistant
and will not deteriorate*- * light shifts/drifts to higher temperature /becomes more bluish -
until many years (decades ) have passed.
