Just wanted everyone to know this device is fantastic, especially for anyone on the go (as I am now!). Taste is great and so easy to operate. Pros: Size/Portability, ease of use, vape or combust option easy to control (and my favorite feature, anyone can use it and get what they want
), nice bowl size, barely hot at all (could put it away imediately after use), easy/quick refill, very easy loading/unloading of medicine and easy to clean each night. Just love it. Thanks VS. I will actually be retiring all my other portable devices (MFLB & Iolite) tonight because of this device. Gotta go prep for the retirement party. Gold watches for everyone!
Just need some extra screens for my VS (the rectangle screen is genius) and I'm set

HindenPeter - You are correct to call me out on my very short and biased review. It was based on two data points (when I need to vape quickly and was very anti-combustion at the time). The review was based more on my personal desires during that period as opposed to the device itself.

I realize this is a bipolar viewpoint from my previous review, but as stated, Ive discovered that I want to vape and combustwhen my body needs the desired effects from the appropriate route of administration.
Pros:
Size/Portability (smaller than the Iolite and just as small as the MFLB plus two batteries),
Ease of use anytime, anywhere in 10 seconds and I can administer my medication
Vape or combust option easy to control - and my favorite feature, anyone can use it and get what they want, and this is what I want. I like to vape during the day and combust at night/after meals. This is the ideal device to easily get it all!
-As for the vaping, it does have a learning curve, but with proper flame adjustment and the rectangle screen, it can be done. The most difficult part is not being able to see the vapor. This is not uncommon to portables but where the MFLB is advantageous (not many others after continued use with both devices IMO). It would be difficult to achieve this due to the metal bowl, but clear plastics for the mouthpiece and body? Not sure about the durability and safety of this type of plastic in this capacity. Obviously glass creates a more fragile device and you might have the problem of the glass becoming hotthinking outloud

Barely hot at all I could put it away immediately after use without problem. I have yet to use it, even when combusting, and make it hot enough to be uncomfortable.
Easy/quick refill Ive been using Vector, can get it cheap in bulk online (also have a Colibri lighter I refill on a regular basis with it). Never tasted butane or felt that it added/changed the flavor of my medicine to any significant degree.
Very easy loading/unloading of medicine wow, pop out, pop in, medicate. I wish everything was this easy.
Easy to clean each night- Iso is easy, quick, cheap and cleans perfectly.
All parts easily purchased (and overnight delivery) online. You could basically assemble one yourself from the parts if thats your pleasure.
Overall Just love it. Thanks VS. And thank you HindenPeter and lwien for the motivation to reassess my original analysis and collect more data before making a final conclusion.

As for the atomizer, I just got mine last night, and it's awesome! Vapes ecig oils like a champ!
Also, just giving you guys a heads up: the Vape-or-Smoke will be rebranded soon, with Vape-or-Smoke becoming the company name. I'm not sure if I can tell you what it will be rebranded as, but I will find out if I can later today and let you folks know.

I have been selling (and using) an e-liquid that contains JWH research chems (one of the ones that are still legal) and this looks like it can save me plenty on replacement batteries and atomizers. The JWH particles tend to gunk things up. I go through a full T-Rex starter kit every few months.
Where can I get my hands on one of those E-Juice attatchments? I am already bidding on a Ninja Vape Or Smoke on Ebay and if I don't get it, I will for sure order off the site.

Hmmm..not a big fan of butane in my Vaporizers. Does it require "high-quality" butane like the other Butane Vaporizers?

I had just bought one of these to use as a vaporizer because I've been wanting one for a while. Let me tell you this thing is awesome! I don't think I am going to smoke with anything else. Its about the size of a small flip cell phone. And the great thing is if anything goes bad they have replacement parts for it. Ive used it pretty regularly for a week now and Ive had no problems just need the butane. It actually works better than a regular vaporizer because it heats it within 10 seconds. Those that are afraid of getting "scammed" really are missing out. I got mine at the octopus garden in my area. They are also going to be making add ons for it since it is able to break down to better personalize it for you. The screen that comes with it is difficult to install (especially since I have big fingers) but there is a "basket" screen that you can buy afterwards thats supposed to work pretty well. Im going to get one and try it out. Hope everyone can have one of these. Well worth the money compared to other vapes in my opinion.

So far I am liking it. I have to remain pot free for now but the JWH herbal blends vape just fine with this. Also I have been working with some all natural blends that have indian warrior and other potent herbs which are nearly as good as THC (honest) and they vape okay too. I still get a little bit of charriness with my herbs when I empty the bowl but I would assume that is normal with a flame based vaporizer. I have no flavor of combustion when I partake. I did turn the flame up to see what happens and boy did this thing smoke
I will be buying the e-liquid attatchement so I can vaporize my bonsai juice jwh-210 blend with my new tool. I hope it is available soon.

You can get last years model for $100 on the manufacturer's site. I found a slightly used ninja version on ebay for $125.
I cannot vouch for the vapor genie, but this seems to be pretty good. I havent vaped actual weed yet but spice-like products vape nicely. I have a mango flavored product I have been vaping and it tastes great, there is dark brown charring to the leaf but no actual combustion.
I still am waiting on the e liquid attatchment, but I dripped some jwh-210 juice on some spice with great results.

From what I have read about this vape so far, last years had a brass bowl that wasn't as efficient at keeping the flame off the weed making vaping tougher. The ninja has a stainless bowl. The ash catcher is longer in the ninja version as well. All this stuff is there on the vape or smoke site.

So, as promised my first opinions on the VOS (not the one I won on PuffItUp ;-):
Building quality:This thing is built like a tank. The videos on youtube where you can see trucks trying to smash it are for real! Everything is food grade and looks almost unbreakable!
Design: its interesting: my wife told me no way people can know you have a vaporizer around your neck (the neck rope is sweet!), looks like a photocam or a celly. Its the size of a flipping cell phone. The one hand concept is good once you catch the best way to handle it, it is easy to pack, stir, hit etc
Only 2 minor cons: the device, and specially the bowl can get hot after a while so be careful with your hand, and the ashcatcher can fall if you do not handle correctly the device (this one already has been addressed to VOS and they already found a solution).
The lighter works very well with high quality butane. I think once the device is mastered, a fill of butane could last almost a day with intense usage!
Usage: This device was 1st designed for sub-combustion! Based on the common knowledge that all the compounds of our favorite plant will only be delivered on those border temps near the feared 230c, the device, out of the box, will leed you directly to that experience: the bowl will get black BUT NO ASHES, and youll have a mix of bluish and light smoke + vapor! The flavors of the vapor+ the weight of the smokevery unusal sensation. I am sure this subcombustion field is not for everybody (even less for FC purists!) but I also firmly believe there is a market for this hybrid consumption!
Now, once you have understood how it works and what can be tuned to achieve better results, you can modify the experience. By modifying the flame level to a minimum but still jet, flame level + mastering your breathing + packing correctly your MJ you can achieve pure vaporization as we all like/know it here It is difficult to do a full bowl without scorching a little but possible! Anyhow I think VOS is working on a heat diffuser/basket/ceramic bowl to solve these pure vapor issues.
Aaaah and last but not least, as is, this device is a PURE CONCENTRATE VAPORIZER. Tested and approved with charras, pressed khieff, qwiso, caramela creamNO COMBUSTION AT ALL, big clouds of tasty vape! For sure at the end of the day youll have to clean your screens! If you hear me VOS, mesh screens with thinner holes could help a bunch. Oh, and though your brass quality is incredible I'd prefer SS screens, but I know you have those in production!
So, overall I am very satisfied wit this little toy. Impatient to receive next week the adaptor for eliquids, concentrates, waxes etc (Ill review it too)...
I am also sure VOS is only missing a heat diffuser/custom bowl/somethingthat would prevent the MJ user from a very probable partial scorching of his bowl! This add-on will make the VOS a real home-run as an ultimate super versatile tool!

Congrats on winning Flskwat, and great comments on the concentrates. SS screens are generally better and more resilient than brass, good point.
That subcombustion area, as you put it, is a great option be able to have, something VGs, Vapobowls and the like can produce and make them great for concentrates, as well as getting the most out of any given material.
