Though I have not watched in a while, the survival show Man vs. Wild is a guilty pleasure, never got into Survivor Man though, he just depresses me the way that he just sits there starving and suffering, at least Bear Grylls catches shit (fake or not) and has an entertaining personality.

Can not wait for Entourage to come back, I just wish the show was an hour long like most HBO shows instead of the puny half hour, it is like when you just start to get into the show, then it is over.

I got to you guys and say that it is good that this crowd is not into reality shows, they are the death of television entertainment.

There is a reality documentary show about weed. A British Journalist who never tried MJ goes to Amsterdam and tries out various strains of good MJ in the coffee houses and then reports on the feelings and effects she has experienced. This takes place over a week. The first time she didn't like what she was feeling and got a bit paranoid and scared, but the second time she was laughing and had a very good experience. The MJ that she took the first time was a very strong strain and was probably a bit too much for her never having tried any before. This program was an hour long and I believe that it was on British Broadcasting Company America (BBCA) channel. All other times after the first were all good experiences for her. All and all the documentary was positive for MJ. BBCA has run this documentary a few times and will most likely run it a few more times.

Dexter, Weeds and True Blood are the only shows I really watch. I like discovery and animal planet also.

Lo, youre correct on the name "Should I Smoke Dope". That was a good documentary. Of course there was a stuffed shirt doctor that was making absolutely stupid comments about MJ. But did he ever try it, no. He was saying that it destroys brain cells. Well over the 43 years that I have been using MJ I can truthfully say that it has not destroyed any of my brain cells and thats based on two IQ tests that I took showing a slight increase over 15 years or more of toking

For the new season, True Blood and Friday Night Lights are my two favs right now. So good..........

True Bloods mix if southern gothic horror, sex and comedy is classic. Some of the lines just make me laugh out loud while staring wide-eyed at the visuals at the same time. No other show on TV quite like it. Very much in the style of Pulp Fiction, kinda.

And Friday Night Lights. I just like the free-form way that the show is directed. It's shot like a documentary and you really feel that you are there eavesdropping into these characters lives rather than watching something that is staged. Must be really liberating for the actors too. Great show.

Hey Lwien, not sure if your a reader but someone gave me the first 'true blood' book and I ended up devouring all of them. They did make me laugh out loud and the storyline on show doens't exactly follow the books. I look forward to seeing the new season...and the next book :D

Well, for anyone who's into zombie movies and such, and who hasnt already heard about it, the show The Walking Dead is pretty awesome! It just premiered a couple days ago on AMC. I really enjoyed it and I can't wait for more!

The only thing i didnt like with the whole hour+ long episode were some of the things a couple of the zombies did. Anyone who knows me knows that my love for good zombie flicks/games is matched only by my hatred for stupid zombie movies. I think that zombies should be mindless, uncoordinated, and driven by only the need to feed (sounds like me sometimes ) and any movie or whatever that gives them abilities or thoughts beyond that is just silly. The zombie girl picking up her teddy and the zombie mom trying to open the door to her house almost killed it for me. As long as they stop it there, I can forgive it. But if this turns into one of those bullshit Land of the Dead zombie shows, where zombies are walking around talking and shooting guns and pumping gas, i'll def stop watching it!

So the Drunk and on Drugs Happy Funtime Hour started up, and i'm loving it  it will never be able to fully replace TPB for me, but its still hilarious in its own way

CANT WAIT for the new Beavis and Butthead to start Thursday!!!

For those that don't know the details its going to be just like the old BnB but instead of watching music videos they are going to watch bad MTV reality shows like 16 and Pregnant and Jersey Shore. Should be more than epic!

^ Mike Judge is awesome, but the whole idea of MTV having a show that makes fun of MTV is pretty silly. It was one thing for them to make fun of music videos that MTV did not create, but for MTV to pay a show to make fun of its other original programming seems like they are trying to grab an audience that usually thinks MTV is garbage. And if they want that audience they can start by NOT creating stupid ass reality shows...

I guess I feel like a show like that would have more credit if it wasn't on the station it is making fun of. Would the Daily Show on FOX News make sense?

I'm stoked to watch the new show coming to AMC called Hell on Wheels. It's set during the construction of the Transcontinental railroad and all of the hardships that go along with it. I personally am a huge period piece fan, shows such as Boardwalk Empire and Mad Men just make my day. November 6th is the premiere for those who are interested.
