SS would warm up faster than say glass, but it will also dissipate faster.

It will never be hotter than the air coming from the heater so it's not exactly correct to say that it would ever warm things up, it will have reduced effect however. The same goes for every vaping device I've ever used.

    this escalated quickly lol.
the device looks brill! not knocking the manufacturer at all. the cooling stem setup just isn't for me is all, so i'll be looking somewhere else for a new vape.
i'll remember to not voice an opinion on this site again though.

You are free to do as you like, and voice any opinions you wish.

I do find it funny though that you commented on things escalating quickly, whereas that is exactly what you are doing by saying you won't be voicing opinions anymore hah.

For me...it is the opposite....only 15% of available vapes currently available....I like or will use. So it is more like we worry about unreleased vapes because we want so much better than we got now....that's all.

But for me looking at this info about the metal in the MP...my first worry is that I will taste it.

Probably because he's received a ton of orders for a vape he wasn't planning to release yet. Cut him some slack. He's busy.

If only there was a way to not accept orders until the product was completed.

Kind of odd considering it was available for purchase several months back before any of this buzz. I understand there were probably NDA's which is why no buzz happened till now but all of this still seems like it came out of nowhere. Tinymight has had an ig account for several months along with the website being up for several months and was being marked at $275 iirc vs $250 now. I personally would love to see some transparency regarding the maker identity/relationship between the maker and retailer considering there are other retailers in the US the maker could have done business with. Who approached who first and why.

Hey Zuhdj!..you prolly didn’t see the response I left for Fab Freddy so I will relate why it’s important to hear from the “ creator” founder or inventor or whatever descriptor you like.

if this “creator” is VilleKille2 aka Ville Johan Savolanien, as I suspect then his appearance here is important. This same person abandoned his own thread for the Venus Apollo over a year and a half ago!!?? His website and sales page for that vape and his desktop disappeared for multiple months last year b4 reappearing with a .net extension vs. . Com!!??

My previous interactions with Venus and the Apollo specifically were troubling. Both units needed warranty service for major defects on BOTH units, both experiencing the exact same defects! I spent nearly $650 with Ville and am gun shy about going down that road again.

Now it does appear they/he rectified some of the issues with the Apollo namely removing the Uber retarded popsicle stick control board. It would appear the unit has adopted standardized vape controls and the unit is much smaller. So if I can be shown build quality is better than the Apollo, I might give him one more chance.

I apologize if my posting about this vape caused undue pressure on the manufacturer. There was no malice, I simply saw someone ask about it on Reddit with the link to the website and thought FC could have some info.

Personally, I don’t see the issue with the mouthpiece other than metal not being great for flavor. Let’s not forget that the mouthpiece is hardly the main sell for this vape. There are plenty of aftermarket cooling mouthpieces available for other vapes. Although the point might be moot now. Interested to see what the new design will entail.

@Vapxr I am going to answer your question as it relates to me, but I honestly don't see how it's relevant to the discussion about the device itself. I will say this though... Unless you plan on going through and asking the same questions about every single maker and retailers relationship, i feel it's a completely irrelevant and unfair question as it has no merit on the device or is performance.

I approached them. I saw them as a small one man show and empathised with them since I am in a similar position and I thought it would be cool to join forces and help each other out. I am a woodworker who makes accessory stems for various vapes. I have a website and after talking to the person at TinyMight, I thought they were a good fit. I help them gain access to the US market and we get to support each other and grow as a team. Now, how that is anyone else's business but ours is up for debate. Two small companies joining forces to accomplish more than they could on their own is not only a common practice, but it's also not up for anyone's debate. We are simply helping each other be successful. Now that that is established, let's stay on track with the device.

I understand that everyone wants to hear from the maker and I don't blame any of you. Look at it from their perspective though. If they came into this firing squad of a debate, they would get crucified. Everyone needs to relax. This thread was opened prematurely because someone couldn't resist, instead of letting the maker release it at their own pace. If the maker wants to join, then they will. There is nothing requiring them to do so other than to ease everyone's minds. The discussion has gotten so prematurely derailed that no wonder the maker is staying away.

I've helped in every way that I can so far, but I think I'm going to leave this discussion behind as it's getting toxic, and it's not even my vape. I am simply helping another artisan out. I'm just a girl who makes stems in her garage and happens to have a website. If you like the vape and want to try it, feel free to buy it whenever it comes available. If not, save your money and go buy mass produced China made products. It's no skin off anyone's nose. But to get bent out of shape on a product that is still in refinement? Y'all are better than all that. Stay on track. Quit the drama. I know you all have plenty of questions, and they are all valid. They will all be answered in time. Don't get so invested in consumerism that you lose what this is all about. An artisan who is working hard to make their dream come true and providing you with the best possible vape they can make. If you think you can do a better job, then do it and hope that the same kindness you have given to them is given to you...

Khelick41girl...That’s all well and good and personally don’t care a whit about whatever arrangements you have with Ville.

But you didn’t address my issues, which are all true and documentable no “drama” here. Just some consumer who spent big bucks with Ville and had defective vapes and then was ghosted on HIS OWN site HERE on FC.

If I recall you yourself had an Apollo you got second hand and then sold it? Not exactly a full throated endorsement of his past products.

I am simply not prepared to give him nearly $300 more bucks on a new vape, that looks promising, but build quality is a huge question mark, again based on verifiable experience not drama.

It won't have a chance to dissipate during a session though, which is what I said specifically.

@CheebaChiefer in my last message, I don't remember tagging you, so I can't say I was talking to you or your situation. I still have my Apollo V2 and while it's finicky as hell in regards to it's design, it does work just fine. It was just a vape that was flawed. That's not really what's in question here though as this is a TinyMight discussion. Perhaps the Apollo thread would be better for you if you want to discuss the Apollo.

As for what transpired between you and Ville, that's none of my business. You'll have to take that one up with him. I'm not your mediator. I understand your frustrations, but this isn't really a discussion about your relationship with a maker about a completely different product. This is a discussion that about the TinyMight. And as for the maker, since no one has shown verifiable proof that they are the same people, I would hold those comments until you know for certain without a shadow of a doubt. Then, do the appropriate thing and settle the dispute privately between you and him like adults

You are working business with someone that has a reputation for dodging people trying to get repairs, of course people are going to be extremely critical of devices from that same manufacturer.

Thanks for showing some transparency, but please understand that doing this isn't uncommon, many other vape makers are open about where they source parts, their partnerships with people and the connections between them. Knowing the maker is just another part of transparency that shouldn't hurt the maker and benefits the consumer, isn't that what this is about, the consumer?

While you may feel that the possible connection between the Tinymight and the apollo may not be relevant to this thread, I feel the exact opposite and I'm sure others do too. Knowing the past problems about the apollo and those who essentially wasted money on it by getting ghosted or not getting rmad is a justified concern. I wouldn't want to sink more money into a pit if I won't see it's value in return. There is no reason to not identify the maker other than hiding bad business practices imo.

That being said, why couldn't he come on here and air out some grievances to clear things up, admit he did wrong and try to better his relationship to consumers. No drama here, just concerns.

@cr0wley That may be, and I don't want to discredit that concern. But let's stay on track with the device until the FC admins can make the judgement call on who is who. I have passed the admins concerns to TinyMight Vapes so that they can work that out directly between them. So until then, let's hold off on bringing previous Apollo drama into this thread and derailing the discussion into something else entirely.

I understand where you're coming from and the admins are working on clarifying all those details. Everything will come to light eventually, so let's not jump the gun. As to why the maker isn't coming here themselves and answering everyone's questions... Technically, they didn't start this thread like most makers do. This thread was started prematurely by someone who only had an interest in it, and couldn't wait for the maker. And now it's all getting out of hand. I can't speak for the maker, so unfortunately I can't officially answer why they are quiet on the matter, but I like everyone else would love for them to come here so that all this speculation can stop. It's exhausting trying to answer so many questions on a vape that's not my own. I only came here to answer questions because I caught wind of the prematurely started thread and was trying to throttle everything down to a manageable pace

This really confuses me, because I've seen the TinyMight listed as for sale for months, until recently. When I first saw this thread open I thought the opposite, that it's appeared quite late. What makes the current orders pre-orders and not simply a new batch of units? If these are only pre-orders for an unreleased vape, what was being sold before?

If the creator is here or on Reddit, which we know he is, speak up. You obviously are considering how fast the cooling mouthpiece news was released after complaints.

Here is my take on it.

I feel pretty confident in saying this is made by Villa, the same guy who owned the Apollo. I have an Apollo (OG). It's a little finicky and doesn't get a ton of use (1-2 time per year) but I do really like it. Biggest complaint is the cheap ass glass that breaks by looking at it. I have not experienced some of the other issues I hear about. Guess I'm lucky.

The only time I have interacted with Villa is one time when I inquired about a classified ad he posted. It took him a good while to get back to me and only after I messaged twice.

The other time was when I hit him up on IG asking about this unit. He didn't seem at all interested in taking on US retailers which is why I'm kinda puzzled about your situation @khelek41girl . Maybe he just doesn't like me. Understandable, I don't like myself sometimes.....

Anyway I immediately noticed the resemblance to the Apollo. Similar design and materials are used, plus from Finland and how many vapes are coming out of those parts? When asked the question if way were associated with Apollo Vaporizer he kinda dodged by stating "not the same business but know Apollo for sure".

Anyway like I said, I'm pretty confident it's the same. And while the past is not pretty with the Apollo, I don't think trying to hide from it is the way. If it were me I would just come out and take the hit while apologizing and promising to do better if given a second chance. If the unit is good (which it does look promising and I do kinda want one for myself) then that shit will blow over real quick and people will be focused on the unit. But @khelek41girl this is a critical piece for some people. You and I have discussed people that I won't support based on their character despite my VAS curiosity for their product. I am sure there are others out there like me. Without any units/reviews out there is little to talk about but that.

Whatever the case this unit is still looks promising. I can't wait to see more people get these and discuss their experience. In the meantime it's

Defensive much? Of course past experience with products from this “maker” are important! My two expensive Apollo’s were repaired under warranty but point remains it shouldn’t have happened in the first place!

it would appear that Ville Johan Savolainen has a history of poor support. You say take up my issue in the Apollo sub., really? Really? Ville hasn’t posted to HIS OWN sub in a year and a half! Think that’s hyperbole? Look it up yourself. So no conversation with Ville is possible, right? I have nothing to resolve with him my repaired units are on a shelf collecting dust as I don’t trust they will stay repaired under dd type usage. My portable dd is the dependable Mighty and for desktop the outstanding and easily top five desktop vape of all time the Herbalizer. I am no noob been using vapes since late 2013, my only other mistaken vape purchase besides the Apollo was the OG Pax.

so as it relates to purchasing a new vape from a shady vendor remember this quote “Past is Prolouge”
