I bought my wife a Microsoft Surface ... that's a pretty decent gift (since it really fits her needs ... portability of tablet but the features she requires in a full laptop ...).

Don't really need this one for Christmas, but think it might be a good one to buy before I do some International travel (which will be my justification for buying too ... both to myself and my wife :))

Still working. I will get to answering the questions up sense last visit. 7 days a week. We will do whatever it takes to get these Cera's together on time. We have some stuff cooking as well. You know how it goes... once you guys start making suggestions it gets the wheels spinning on how we could actually make some of these suggestions/ideas into American made products. Good times. This is what we live to do.

Nate and I have been at it all day... got Anthony and Will coming in tonight to work on videos, no rest for the wicked. Anthony is an animal, only employee who can keep up with 140 hour work weeks. Hard work never killed anyone.

Kids these days. We keep wearing them out. I do not personally understand what the big deal is with working 20 hours a day, apparently all my twenty-something employees get sleepy... hell, I am in my mid-thirties. You cannot vape while sleeping, totally wasted time IMO.

If anyone on this forum, or has a friend, a family member who needs a job, loves America, loves manufacturing, loves vaporization, hates sleep, and wants to see a world where no-one smokes... we are looking for a few good people. Unless the world really likes the Cera, then we need a few hundred-thousand good people. Very labor intensive to build Ceras, creates a lot of jobs.

We want a world where people never smoke again, want to help?

Send us a resume, or really just describe your level of passion, and motivation for what you do in life, and how you would resonate that into working for thermo-essence. Then I just want to know your existing skill set and if you like to learn, prefer office/computer/phone work or hands on building of exceptional vaporizers. Paper, video, email, something I can review, I don;t do phone interviews usually (too busy). Unless you are up between 2-4am, as that is my quite time to catch up on emails, and international phone calls before bedtime. I can take calls then and have more time to talk without being interrupted.

    info@thermovape.com

Long hours, a fierce commitment to creating American jobs, supporting American companies, and building vaporizers that help people never smoke again, that is life at TET. Plus you'll get to enjoy all the latest vaporizer tech we work on before it hits the market. It is a tough, tough, business to do what we do. You have to really want it, really feel it, really want to be a part of it, or it is simply so much work it will not be fun. However if you have passion, drive, and still believe that producing meaningful products in America, that help peoples lives, is the most powerful force for innovation and change in the World, we have openings. We our an employee driven company.

Every Cera made creates jobs. Here is the proof, apperently the Cera is more popular then we imagined this early (remeber we don't advertise... yet) and as a result, we are hiring.

Ok, well it is Monday morning on the other side of the pond and I have several international distributors pissed off about the SS model fixed pricing... such is life. Meeting with Tenergy CEO today, meeting with a rubber company in Oakland to make the Thermal Condoms happen as well, and happen NOW.

Anthony bought (with his own money) a new/used computer off of craigslist that is 2X as fast with a 1gb video card, so editing time should get quicker. If comcast comes through today with our second faster connection for upload, we will be getting these videos up faster.

Including the Cera VG video. The Cera VG should be thought of much like the Rev -> Cera EO transition such is the AVA to Cera VG. they are identical in their evolutions (however different from each other).

We will not make an VG device that is not fully satisfying, this is our bread and butter. I do apologize for the delay in getting the vids up. the VG cart is great, we will have the evidence up to that effect soon.

Here is how confident we are ont he heating cores. We outright warranty them for a year, and fix them for $10 plus shipping after that. This is a lifetime atomizer.

We will also shoot a demo of the side safety. We have added some functionality that we think people will like. Mechanical functionality.

Allright, that all for now, have to run.

    Cheers,

    Noah

Oh man, I was thinking earlier today how cool it would be to get a job with you guys. Unfortunately my medical needs are a bit pricey (easily over 120k last year in a span of 3 ER visits) so I'd probably bankrupt you guys before the Cera Mini comes out, and I'm on the wrong side of the state. But if I may be so kind as to make a suggestion... I noticed that you were... I want to put this lightly... "struggling" during the Cera Pure Gold video. If you or anyone you know ever needs a stunt double, I'll gladly do it. I mean, it would probably be extra work for Anthony to change my skin color to match yours, and he'd have to make my frame the same size as well, but that should be easy enough for him. He's a professional! I'm a professional too, kind of.

Stop it, you guys are making me want to move to SF. Unless it's a funded move, or someone gives me a place to go, I don't know if that's going to happen any time soon. Moved 5 times already in 2 years since leaving Houston and burned up most of our savings in the process, and would happily move again if it was for a solid work situation that I could actually do for a long time, and the move was all set up prior. Don't know about your hours though... I do like to get at least 5-6 hours of sleep a day if I can, try as I may, its more like 4 hours most of the time....

I was also just fantasizing about the notion of working for a company like TET, I really need the work right now, being an artist type, with good computer skills, but little formal education out side of high school, and a half-assed attempt at college, I am not prime to fit the bill on most job applications, hell I haven't even worked a regular job in at least 15 years, so I don't even have good references anymore. I am a rare bird, it's hard to find work in today's world for a person like me. I'll be 39 in April, if you can believe that!! Been struggling to be "self employed" artist for many years now... sure wish you guys were closer, or some other miracle could land in my lap to make something cool like this a reality for me. I'd probably be really good at assembling vapes too, as much as I tinker with all my other gear. Oh, to have a second car, or a way to get down there for a while... I don't know if I could take all the random glass breaking though...

...another obstacle keeping me out of the work-world is not wanting to support many of the money driven companies that are out there. Many jobs support a system I don't agree with on many levels, and I simply refuse to work for people who don't care about the world around us.

back on topic: Is there any new Cera porn? Got any sleeve pics?

$306.46, going to buy a prepaid visa right now.

And Noah, thank you for the concern in American manufacturing. I've been needing a move, and have just finished all the work I have lined up, so I will try to send you a resume tonight. There is something so great about the idea of working for a company I truly respect.

Wow can you imagine me and my dog flying down the hills in SF. That would be so funny then at the end of course I would be dead cause I would undoubtedly crash. When i was moving after retirement I was going to go to SD or Palm Springs but it was to expensive so I ended up West but not that far. Now on SSD and nothing is affordable.

At this point in my life, even the Tenderloin District is too expensive for me.

Edit: Waiting eagerly for my email. I have some items to add to my order ;)

I know my PayPal finger is itching to add wraps and a vg cart to my order. Maybe I should just add the whole second unit. Might be nice to have a backup when my wife runs off with my new best friend.
