I forgot to bring gin home for negronis. So, Campari and soda it is.
This Q Club Soda is so good. Definitely worth seeking out.
If Campari is not your thing, try Aperol. Similar, but a little lighter, sweeter and not as chalky but still has the same flavor profile. Aperol works well with most everything that calls for Campari.
