I tried using my persei today and the blue light just stays on with the regular top... I press the button and nothin different happens. What's going on?

Same here. I brushed a small amount of contact cleaner around the perimeter of the button.. Let it soak in. I fiddled with the button, mostly pressing at the top. Worked a charm.

the blue light on my persei top starts to get dim after a minute of using my bender even though my batteries are fully charged. Would you say its because my batteries are charged out and its time to order another set?

What batteries are you using? Trustfires or AW IMR?
