    Was any of the items on your order listed as Pre-Order? If so, I believe they wait on shipping until all parts of your order are ready..

    Just a tip. Once it's warm and you hear your oil sizzling, give it as big of a pull as possible and hold on. NOW I KNOW WHY THIS THING IS CALLED THE HERCULES. :D

    I would personally say...Dont boil the bottom connector or the outer sleeve. The issues that people are having are not widespread. just be gentle and its 100% working. The fix will be sent out later from what I read

    You mean like this? I highly advise my fellow herc toking riders to try this hotbox for your head.

    In all seriousness, this is the difference between functional and defective. My defective unit required so much TLC to actually never work right and functional unit is so simple and easy to use I can hit it in a full face helmet. Mclovin said it best, as soon as you hear it sizzle, suck suck suck, no button modulation required.

    Well G, regardless of my having stepped off the Herc train (for a focus on the 1701s), must give you applause for your keen work and fast hands at product quality priority. Its not an easy decision, financially or time wise. but in the long run it stands a superior product. Look at many places or forums or reviews or vape sites, omicron alone is a staple in the industry. Say nothing less of its king of a brother the Persei. Regardless of shit that happens, there will always be product issues of some sort. With anything. What makes the difference is who is behind the product. You and your team get shit done G.

    And to the skinny, regardless if i get the latest product or not, i see what you put into it. its nice to see product support and companies who stand with their stuff.
    Simply put... :tup:

    Thanks Porq for the kind words.

    I made it my mission to get the 1701's done and it will get done.

    I can't wait. I am hoping the 1701 will complete my trifecta of purpose-minded "carts" all powered by one sweet vape.

    bender=pure clouds
    herc=dense clouds
    1701=stealth clouds

    A question about the 1701: We know it will be leak-proof but will it be any more resistant to spending time in a less than perfectly upright position?

    say cart ends up sideways in a backpack for 6 hours at room temp or slightly above...current carts would likely require priming and/or poking before use. 1701 the same?
