You may want to contact MFLB about your accident. They have an excellent reputation for helping out those of us who do manage to somehow break our 'Box. Or just look to some of the McGuiver types around here. Some of these folks could fix a broken nuke reactor with duct tape and boogers.

Nope, the shipping label would have been broken if it was tampered with. I'm located in North Carolina, so the shipping should have been fine. I'm still waiting for MF to contact me back.

Have you checked "spam folders" and the like? AFAIK every guy who's come here complaining MF is ignoring them has found the response there. If you really want to resolve it quickly, I'd suggest calling them, they not only answer phones but are quite pleasant to talk to (although I haven't had reason to talk to them in some time). Not discounting your experience, just saying it is very abnormal.

You seem to have two base issues, incomplete package and slow delivery. I assume you have no reason to blame MF for the first (it did actually ship when and how they said)? On the second, was the tin otherwise complete (all the other parts inside), with the tissue overwarp and inside the white cardboard box? IIRC all the boxes I got were taped shut (?), was yours?

i don't want to use the warranty if i don't have to... mainly because i have 2 boxes and one is pending the warranty process now and hasn't reached me due to a PO box mistake(sent it to a friends PO box w/ my name on the package ), it got to me in like 3 days and it was immediately sent back to san diego haa sucks.. but its been sitting out there for at least a week now.. no emails in my spam folder from them, but i did send them 2 emails that they never responded to, because they never got them, because i accidentally sent them to my self some how hahaha daam that sucks; i just made sure they got my email now and i'm waiting all over again ha... i'm sure they're busy... anyway i feel weird about doing 2 warranties at once... especially if i can fix it some how

Thanks for expanding. I'm still chained to my phone. Laptop finally out for repair. Don't always have patience for tiny keyboards and auto-correct.

I have had a MFLB for several years and have 4 sets of 4 batts that I rotate.
They are 2400s and I am noticing they seem to be getting weaker. I know I can purchase unpeeled ones locally at Batterys Plus, but the last time I bought the batteries I had a major miserable time peeling them and yes I did try a bunch of solvents such as "Goo" and other stuff mentioned before in this forum. FYI, due to my crappy lungs, not especially good to breathe these solvents and also I have exertion issues. Bottom line, I want pre-peeled batteries and I don't mind paying a teeny bit more for them if I could find them on-line somewhere. Any ideas?

Any of the above websites sell the OFFICIAL recommended battery... the one that comes with the unit~

I recently purchased (October 2012) some MAHA Imedion AA 2400 batteries from Thomas Distributing (thomasdistributing.com). The battery covering appeared to be heat shrink wrapped and no adhesive was present. I carefully nicked the covering and it peeled apart in seconds. It took less than a minute to unwrap 4 batteries and there was no mess.

Yes, I've checked the spam folders. I'm positive they're ignoring me because they've responded to my friend's warranty issue. In my experience, no one answers the phone. It just leads to a voicemail saying to leave my phone and name and they'll call me back. I've never received a call back.

Very strange, why do you suppose that is?

Never is a long time and you just barely began to talk about this issue.
There is no explanation why they would intentionally give your friend better service.
perhaps a faster representative got that message.
It would be wise to leave the message, and give them 5 work days to contact you.
After 5 days, I would call and leave another POLITE message saying that your concern was not answered.

I Emailed them Sunday about an issue with the p.a. and got a reply yesterday afternoon. Nice people too!
Just keep trying my man. Even if they don't like you they cannot ignore you forever!

I'll give it another go. I called on November 21st. It's been nearly a month and they haven't called back. Pretty long to me.

Good plan. I seriously doubt they (or anyone really) is likely to be returning calls that late, something else is up.

Oftentimes on ebay, youre just buying it from a retailer, especially if theres a buy it now offer. You shouldnt have any problems

I dunno, I really doubt they're trying to single you out and ignoring you on purpose... Hang tight, stuff can get hectic the last week of Christmas, and who knows what they've got on their plate? It going out, being completely unopened, and missing the vaporizer does sound strange. Hopefully there's an explanation for the occurrence. The few times they've sent me stuff (power adapter, batteries, whip WPA in that order) the label was never in a position where it would have to be broken in order to open it, although I'll admit that I'm unfamiliar with how they ship their actual vaporizer units. I'm also pretty phone-shy so again I can't expand on why they haven't picked up or returned their calls. They're based in San Diego, so take time differences into account if you haven't already?

Is there any chance that nosy people made their way to the package? I've come to know more than one person that knows how to open a package without being obvious. Taking a month to ship makes no sense to me, it doesn't even take that long to ship it to the other side of the world! Something really seems odd to me about it. Check the tracking number they sent your email when you purchased and see where it was held up the longest?

I agree, Magic Flight has always contacted me within a few days. It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't contact you back. Regarding the usps, I depise them. I have a case working with them right now because they lost an important package I was expecting. It was mailed December 11th, and I should have received it yesterday. I'll be lucky if I get it by Christmas. That is, if they ever find it. Right now, they can't even locate it. Incompetent saps.

Ok, i finally got my mflb today after waiting a week for it to be shipped and damn. I have never been so high in my life and so level headed. It was awesome. Best way to use weed.

that's how i felt when i got mine, n never wanted to go back.. i have had others and used others but the MFLB is responsible for getting me hooked on vaping.. probably because of how it forced me to learn about vaporizing so i could make the most out of it... making my method more refined along with better and better effects...

You got that exactly right 'Dozer! The MFLB taught me sooo much about Vaping,and got me ready for the more advanced units I plan on getting someday soon. Problem is,I really don't NEED another Vape,my 'Box manages just fine. She's been my only Vape for over 6 months and I have ZERO complaints.
When I do get another Vape,I can rest easy know the MFLB will always be there if I need her.
