This resembled a classic phishing attempt: a little too timely and a little too vague. Better to be safe until his accountability is verifiable (independently).

I heard that you can pop out the plastic part that is normally embedded in the white silicon tube, and leave it in the herbie bowl. Then you can just pop the Easy Valve bag onto it.
Anyone have inventory of accessories? I would like to stock up on screens ect. I have a second herbie but just the unit and would like to purchase everything to have a second functioning unit.
The guy on eBay, who is supposedly the same one offering repair services here, told me via eBay messaging that he has "tons of" bowl screens and sent me some extra -- I ordered his very last Chong's Choice (always wanted one and figured it was my last chance) last week and it was shipped very promptly and arrived as described. Not saying he's necessarily a legit repair source but he treated me kindly and replied to my inquires quickly. I would personally consider contacting him if my unit failed and I wanted a repair.
I didn't realize they were the same guy until I came here just now and read it.
Hey @Vitolo you wouldn’t by chance be able to answer if
A) you remember where you got your 14mm Male to 18mm Female
B) it seals snugly enough that there’s no vapor leakage
C) you can blow a bag without having to hold it down (like you would with an herbie bag)

I do have to hold it down for the seal to remain solid.... It also will not stand there and balance.

They have read your post.
They said that if you worked for Herbalizer for 4 years they would know who you are with no doubt.
I realize your desire for privacy... but perhaps you can message me privately with your name (even just a first name).
They said they would privately in email communication with me verify your legitimacy.
If you want some legitimate clients/jobs, please help yourself "become trusted".

Hey @Vitolo, you may have seen this user's website, he has a photo of himself on it. Perhaps that would be sufficient for your contacts to ID him? No dog in this fight, I'm just trying to help.

Earlier on Herbalizer posted a lot of internal pics of work stations and employees.
I hope this turns out to be authentic but I have my doubts still...
I have gotten the persons picture, and his name (from a paypal purchase made from him by another member).
The image and name have been sent to the Herbalizer Teams Original Members, and the person's legitimacy will be soon verified or not.
I was able to speak with @herbalizerrepair on the phone.
I also have been in touch with Members of the Herbalizer team, who have verified that @herbalizerrepair came by all of his parts legitimately, and is now rightful owner of all diagnostic equipment.
He has not posted since his original post, as the moderators have frozen his account pending learning more about the man.... he can log in, but can not post a reply.
His legitimacy has been verified by Herbalizer team members, and prior Engineer.
If anyone needs Herbalizer parts or repair, you can find this engineer on Reddit.
If you have trouble finding him, send me a message and I will share website information privately.
He knows how to talk to me, but instead of following my simple instructions he made a duplicate account and spammed threads which is exactly what I told him he could NOT do. I have little patience for someone who ignores simple instructions and continues to violate rules he's been made aware of. We were going to give him his own thread - even after he had broken several FC rules - but he chose to do his own thing instead. Go figure.
Like many of us tinkering types I think his social skills are not entirely "optimized". I also got the impression that English might not be his first language. I, too, wish he'd followed the rules here. As a long-time lurker and someone who has run large forums since 2004, I 100% understand and in fact appreciate why FC has these policies... but they don't leave much room for humans to be humans. A shame all around, really.

Just wanted to give a shout out to @herbalizerrepair I ordered a bowl, power cord, and a lot of screens. He was very helpful and quick to reply via text. Shipped Thursday and had it Monday thanks again.
