So it's changed from before Xmas to start of jan. Now silence
It's been three weeks for a year.
And every vape I have bought from abroad apart from cloud and air have been sent as replacements and I haven't paid any duty?

Sorry, ive lost all faith now. Vapefiend are just as bad as Vapexhale, they told me 2 weeks ago that the units had arrived it was just a bit of customs paperwork missing that was holding things up. I believed them as importing things into the country is part of my job so i know how funny UK customs can be, im sorry no small paperwork issue takes 2 weeks to sort out, it just doesnt, I do this as a job day in and day out so i know this is pure fiction, either the problem was more than a small paperwork issue or the whole story was pure lies, either way its not good enough, Im done, CUSTOMER LOST, no longer am i willing to put up with this charade. Should any of you guys actually ever get an Evo in the UK i really hope you enjoy them as you deserve it after all the waiting and constant moving of goal posts but personally im out.........Just dont know what to get in its place now??

Here's been my Vape usage for the last year or so:
LSV -> Purchase Fakexhale
Fakexhale -> EVO Arrives
EVO -> Evo Melts Down
Fakexhale -> Fakexhale Dies
LSV -> Cancel EVO order and buy Sublimator
Sublimator :)

I'd say LSV or Sub :)
While I definitely found the cloud(s) a bit easier to get fat clouds from, IME the LSV can perform pretty much just as well for ~1/2 the price.

Or for a little bit more than the EVO there's the Sub which hits like a freight train.

Agree with your sentiments Scotty!

Enough is enough although I dont think Vapefiend are misleading anyone deliberately. I think they probably have money tied up with them imo and want to be selling them asap.

Its probably quite worrying for Vapefiend to be reading how unexcited the core group are of its release now or even worse people who have abandoned them completely.

Also couldn't agree more with Frederick's post above. The LSV is a beast and if your after clouds look no further. Only downside is stirring which isnt really a downside, more of a routine.

Sublimator, jesus, now that's a heavy hitter, if your clumsy like me design wise you might have to rule that one out but im very jealous Mr Maguire! Have only hit one a few times and it killed me.

If your looking for something with power and portability I would also recommend the Mighty, bought it last week and am so happy with it. First vape ive ever owned that I dont feel the need to use water conditioning (thanks Smokie for the help!).

@xxxscottyxxx -- Is it possible an extended delay in customs could be due to the nature of the product? From where I sit (a long ways away!) vapefiend doesn't seem like the kind of outfit to lie to their customer base.

or you get the original cloud plus, mines still going well, i use it with the sublimator and sometimes even prefer it over the sublimator, i think the 4 best vapes on the market would have to be the sublimator, cloud [not evo if ur international], mighty, herbalizer [not my kinda vape though] if your interested in all i do a rough little sublimator vs cloud video here. I think the sublimator is epic, whilst it's not really a 'party' vape i do feel more comfortable sharing it because it's less likely to break than the cloud [which is obviously all glass]

Thanks to the last couple of posters for your replies and recommendations. @MGG - Just watched your Youtube video, nice video man, gotta be honest id never even heard of the Sublimator, that thing looks like a beast!

Really not sure what to do, In my heart I still really want an Evo, ive wanted one for soooo long now but I really hate all the nonsense and messing around we've all been put through, I hate to reward poor customer service but on the same hand i dont want to cut of my nose to spite my face.

Was gonna get an LSV a couple of years ago but ended up importing a custom SSV direct from 7th Floor instead, outstanding customer service from those guys so would possibly consider going down the LSV route. Not quite sure about the Mighty, I know its become quite trendy recently to hate on the Volcano but ive had one for about 4 years now and I still really love it to this day, you really cant fault the build quality and customer service of Storz & Bickel but I only vape at home and the Mighty is more of a portable, I know it can obviously be used at home and from what ive seen in videos and read about its a really big hitter but im not 100% sold, I even considered a Plenty for a while before reconsidering.

Thanks again for all the recommendations, Im gonna have a look into the Sublimator a bit more closely and weigh everything up before I make a choice, no mad rush as Ive plenty other vapes to use while i decide .

Personally i reckon the mighty makes the volcano completely pointless to buy/own, it's more portable and functions better, direct draw always beats inhaling stale vapor from a plastic bag. Check out the sub though, i reckon that's the main contender for the vapexhale cloud evo, i'd go with the apollo unit if i were you, i've had issues along with others with the dabmaster.

Sublimator and Cloud EVO are two examples of powerful peformers from two different worlds.
The Cloud is an ultimately powerful "pure convection" vape (plus an all-glass air path - hovewer that is for taste and purity, not extraction power)
The Sub is an ultimately performing "convection & conduction" vape.
MGG's video actually shows and explains the difference of these worlds well.
With a good combination of convection and conduction and enough power, you can extract everything in one huge hit.
But the conduction makes it less tasty and probably less pure and healthy. It will be very cooked and dark brown.
The Cloud has got neglible conduction (i think the small vapor stream on standby is also a product of convection as the heat rises)
So it gives different vapor, one that needs you to hit it for a second before it starts flowing, but then it's a very delicious vapor.
In the video, all of this can be seen.
The sub has finished in one hit, the EVO needed about twice as much hitting to finish, but the vapor was better, more potent and the ABV was less cooked.
So the EVO can extract more vapor while actually cooking is less.

Anyway, I'm still waiting. It's sad that so many people are leaving right now.
When the replacement probably waiting in customs already.
I know we've been waiting for years.
Hovewer it seems near now more than ever.
New fixed INTL EVOs have been approved and tested. No more glitches everyone says.
And vapefiend is awesome, whatever takes it so long to get that shipment past customs or whatever, i don't think it's vapefiend making us wait for no reason.
Vapes in customs can be a nightmare. Also I think I've read on vapefiend's FB he's not in UK right now.
Maybe he just want to test some samples to be sure they are ok, as he does with every other new vape.
I don't know what delayed it now, but I am quite sure this is the last stop.

EDIT: Vapefiend has just posted this. This means confidence imo.

Excuse my pessimism but as far as I'm concerned the wait was almost over some 12 months ago. Not getting my hopes up until I've had my evo for a good month, seeing as how the last one broke in less than 12 hours.

Disclaimer: I was raised in the UK and as such I love to complain (takin' the piss here, I do believe the wait is almost over. . . March anyone?)

I spoke with australianvaporizers the other week and they informed me that it could be up to a month away before they receive the Cloud Evo.

No idea why there is such a delay if the final revision was ready to be built back in December. Either manufacturing issues, issues getting the components with the suppliers or more problems have arisen with the unit.

Doesn't help when VapeXhale have been awfully quit considering just not long ago they were hoping to get it to us before the Christmas holidays.

I'm also on the verge of cancelling. Going February now and it seems like the months keep ticking away.

@paracaps Are aus vapes definitely the official distributor for the IGG Evo's or are they just getting some to sell?

Lack of official updates is very poor, to be as expected from past experiences.

Honestly, at this point it simply feels like the international evo doesn't exist and they're gearing up for a really despicable april fools prank.

Almost cancelled and bought a sub last week but I actually do want a cloud and not a sub.
I'm kinda' pissed off, I don't particularly want to support VXL, they still email me all the time trying to get me to buy stuff yet they don't even ship to my country. I also get the feeling that they are not remotely bothered that they've been holding onto our cash for a year and a half, they're simply too busy trying to get more moolah.
Also if I cancel at this point I will lose the money I spent on tax, I don't overly care about it but it would just make VXL incredibly scummy in my mind if it came to that.

Well you can count me out 100% I will not give any money to a inept company like vapexhale,with their track record it would only proberly Last a couple of days anyway.
It sounds like they are also messing vapefiend around ,just ordered a crafty instead to complement the mighty mighty.

I've asked vapefiend about the delay and afterall it was none of my assumptions.
These extreme blizzards that US kept complaining about recently grounded all delivery planes.
I totally forgout about the horrible weather situation in US right now.
So it was stuck at the airport all the time.
Anyway, the delivery is now expected next week.

Just made the assumption as they were the official distributors for the original cloud plus.
I've requested a cancellation. Hopefully the rest of you who are still on board will be pleased with the unit when it eventually arrives.

I emailed VXL this morning as they emailed me trying to sell me stuff after previously telling me that I was removed from all their marketing lists.
While I was there I asked them about the whereabouts of our international evo's.

I just got an email from Ben their customer support guy saying that the pallet of evos are set to arrive at vapefiends by the end of day on the 5th, aka tomorrow.

Somehow, I'm doubtful as I'm sure I received incorrect information from Ben before concerning times and dates but that sounds hopeful. If vapefiend get them tomorrow its theoretically possible to get them on the weekend but that sounds a bit unlikely given the circumstance.

Last I heard they were in Heathrow and had cleared customs via Vapefiend today.

Think there is a big question over the hydratubes that get sent to the UK as apparently they aren't all Swagger.

This imo just feels like another kick in the balls. I really am not a fan of their own branded hydratubes as imo they are massively overpriced, as is the international EVO when basically every week its discounted in the US by 20% or so it feels like

Dont quote me on this though as just going from what I gathered from one of the guys at Vapefiend and they were quite vague i.e lets wait and see.

Got some news people, after getting questionable info from Vapexhale I messaged vapefiend this morning. I just got a reply stating that they indiegogo Evo's are getting shipped tomorrow! Apparently I can expect to receive my cloud at the end of this week or beginning of next!

Sounds doubtful I know, but at present I have no reason not to trust vapefiend.
