    What teas do you like?

I'm partial to Kenyan green tea and their black teas.
Kapchorua (green) is grown at altitude (5500-7000 ft) and is my current fav.

Greens with 195 F water and blacks with 205 F.

    Good AND healthy :)

Being born and raised in South Africa, one of my favorites is Rooibos tea.
Translated it is Red Bush tea as it does not actually come from a tea plant but from a different bush!
It has a wonderful honey type flavor to it.

Another one I really enjoy, thank to @biohacker is Tulsi tea. Also known as Holy Basil.
    Very tasty!

And the last one I really enjoy is just a plain peppermint tea!

Add a bit of unpasteurized honey and I am a happy camper!

My favorite is Lemon Grass Tea....I love it. When I was little I always loved going to Grandmas house because there was always cold Lemon grass tea in the fridge.
I always liked green tea and Oolong tea as well.

A great substitute for coffee is roasted dandelion root. Great source of iron plus many other benefits :)

Yerba Mate has a ton of vitamins and minerals. Plus it has the highest caffeine content of any other natural tea (as far as I know anyways ;)). Doesn't taste awesome IMO but if you're going for caffeine and nutrition, Yerba Mate is your best bet.

I drink Yogi ginger. I like tumeric and ginger together. They're both such great anti inflammatories. Haven't found a Yogi tumeric so I just mix the two. The taste though most likely aquired is pretty good.

just any green tea with some chopped lemon grass added into the steeped tea. D-limonene is in lemon grass and Myrcene.
the only difference as @VAPEHUNTER my tea is green tea based with lemongrass...

I've seen people mention to drink turmeric with a straw then found out it actually cleanses the teeth

I just opened some KAMBAA, black tea from Kenya, grown at almost 6000 ft.
    Very tastee!
I just kept re-steeping and got 5 brews out of it, and even the last was very good.

Appreciate the mention of Tulsi tea, something new to try!

Black teas are a mainstay. I like lemongrass as a change of pace sometime too.
Adagio teas is where I've been obtaining teas from lately. Not pushing Adagio, there are many online sources, posting links for information purposes.

Their Green Rooibos Bonita is a favorite and worth a try. I like their lemongrass too, just noticed a lemongrass/ginger in the herbal teas. One nice thing with teas if kept sealed away from sunlight they last a long time so once you find some favorites you can save $$ with bigger bag purchases.
