    Hello Everyone,
I recently lost my job, so because i have to find a new job and i live in a non-legal state i had to go on a forced T-break (which i am not happy about but must do). i know because of my weight (198lbs) and how it's mostly body fat (i never had much muscle) i know it will take a LONG time for my system to be clean enough to take a test (if i get an leads soon i will need to TRY a masking agent). anyways......

i noticed that a few days after i stopped that my sleeping patterns has changed and on top of that i started dreaming again. i haven't had a dream in "i can't remember when" since i have been medicating for 25+ years. my wife says i was still dreaming but i just didn't remember them. But NOW i do have them for sure and i am remembering them. on top of that, they are strange and borderline nightmarish. so now because of these strange dreams that i havent had in a long time i am not sleeping well at all. i get to sleep and i get one of these strange dreams and i wake up and cant get back to sleep. if i do get back to sleep i get another strange dream and the pattern repeats itself.

has anyone else gone through this? do you all still get dreams EVEN if you have NOT stopped medicating?? is there anything i can do other than medicating to get back to what i thought was sleep?? this is really bothering and affecting my nerves. any suggestions anyone??

I do not dream..... when that stuff happens while im asleep.... usually its a manifestation of subconscious worries. They present themselves in diffrent scenarios while i am asleep so that i can understand.... myself... and work out the issue.

I dont dream.... I think so hard it scares me.

Have you ever went back to sleep in a nightmare just to see what else will happen?

Yup. Cannabis limits REM sleep so when you go on a t-break, you get a REM rebound affect and typically, your dream machine will crank up to make up for lost dreams.

For me though, the dreams are not nightmarish at all but in fact kinda interesting, so I welcome them. What I don't like though is sleep paralysis which can also seep in every once in awhile while on a t-break. I HATE those. Really frustrating tying to move but can't. Found a quick cure for it though that usually works.

I actually had two dreams last night, haven't dreamed in about 7-8 years that i remember.. Haven't stopped medicating yet for a long period, but last night i had the shots of everclear, almost never drink. Im 21 140 pounds and very little body fat. I had two weird ass dreams about nonsense. i do know if i dont medicate before sleeping (at my girlfriends dads), icant sleep, and if i do fall asleep, its nightTERRORS and sweating..

I always have those weird ass dreams about nonsense. Like yesterday I dreamtnthat this friend who I haven't talked to or thought about for years suddenly pops up and talks to me about this book I'm reading in real life. Or like when my mentally challenged neighbour crashed my car and killed me and my friends and it was all happening in the future. I don't think I've ever have a nightmare though. Just weird ass dreams that leave me confused.

No its all the time. Whether I'm high or not. I actually dream a lot, even though I get high every night.

Funny story, once my brother and I were sleeping in the same room and he was having a nightmare, and I was like half asleep. He suddenly starts screaming, and he freaked me out cz I was half asleep, and I started screaming but he was still screaming in his sleep so I was freaking him out too. Then after like 3 seconds of screaming, we get up and look at each other and he started laughing and I started yelling at him for breaking my drowsiness.

@cawshook i wish i could dream, medicating needs to happen or i have to resort to Poison Pills. No one wants those.

I have come to a point in my life where i question if cannabis use is the right path for me anymore. The last 10ish times medicating it hasn't been a pleasant experience, kinda like a anxious feeling and i just feel all around retarded. Plus I don't like feeling like a retard around my girlfriend. In light of this i have started reducing my usage, with the intention to stop, or keep it less than 3x a month. yesterday was my first day not vaping at all, and boy did i have some CRAZY fucking dreams last night. So much detail and so real, the senery in my dreams are usually somewhere i'm familiar with, but with a slight twist. Im lucky that i am in the boat where i feel my dreams are something fun to explore and see what happpens, I look at it like this, in a dream i can do whatever the fuck i want without the fear of death, which in life is an omnipresent possibility for every action you make. Heres a quick recap of last night dream, people illigally dumping trash, a party/sweatshop in my neighbors house, a shootout, with me providing first-aid to the victims, and then me shimmying down a 40ft vertical drop into a staircase, the dream ended with the national guard coming and securing the site. Talk about crazy dreams...

So in conclusion i totally feel your wild drams @mmenzie

Dreams can be stranger than fiction ;)
Were you getting anxiety from a variety of strains,
or were these last 10ish times all with the same strain?

I've been changing it up, I have like 5ish strains right now, I've think sativa's make it worse than an indica does tho.
tonight I'm going to a shesh with my buddy for his birthday, it'll be interesting to see how it goes. I plan on an indica only shesh. Im wishing i had some high cbd/n meds right about now to see how that effects me tho.

in all honesty I dream pretty much every night and medicate morning, noon, and night I love dreaming. Anymore all I dream of are rocky streams with stretches of hill laden forest, for the most part it's reoccurring either i'll dream of streams & forest or this old factory looking place with open buildings cobblestone and creepy half dilapidated ruins, once had a dream i was on giant black rocks on a gulf and a giant jetson's like city was perched opposite of me. dreaming is usually pleasant and leaves me with a sense of peace.
