Hey all! your favorite katana wielding compatriot here. Now that I have snapped out of the zombie-like trance that was my combustion habbit, I realized my sole glass piece is woefully inadequate to my new lifestyle. I have had my game set in stone for so long, I'm completely out of the glass world. Was a Roor guy for years, and currently rock a 19" sheldon black beaker bottom with a a jumbo 6 tree downstem. Now the airflow is fantastic, however I find it much more suitable for smoking flowers. Whenever using a Ti Nail or a gong attachment, I find their is just too much volume. I can clear a big hit, but just barely. I almost always have to blow out the stale smoke after my girlfriend or someone else hits it. I have been reading around the forum, and the david goldstein fritted disk, and mobius stereo matrix both caught my eye. However, without being able to compare side by side I'm completely unsure if these are even the right choices. So to the glass connoisseurs, what do you think? What will provide me the ultimate compromise of volume, diffusion, taste, and airflow? P.S. Hopefully we can keep this under $500. Thanks in advance!
