So, it’s been a long time coming. I’ve been working on figuring out how to inlay abalone into not only my luxury pens, but I decided to pull the trigger, order some material and do the inlay on a stem.

Let me tell you, I am so blown away, w/ how this came out! Not only can I do abalone inlay into the stem now, I can also do Mother of Pearl!

These photos do it absolutely no justice. But it’s the best I can do for right now!

Hello fellow VapCappers,

More updates, last week I drove drive 8 hours to go Meet George and get his approval for everything that I am doing. It was really important to me to make sure that I’m not crossing any lines. I’m really passionate about about this product. After the few months of using it and making the accessories I make, I really see George’s vision. I really want to put everything I have into creating phenomenal custom accessories to really make the dynavap product personal to each person. My goal, is to really make each stem, look like a piece of art, that’s functional. When it stands on the Stand, I want it to look like a piece of art on a “pedestal” if you will. I also wanted to make it of high quality and to the standards of the dynavap brand. Something that will last a lifetime if taken care of properly.

The trip to the headquarters was phenomenal. George is really humble, smart and is a visionary. If you get a chance to meet him, I would recommend it! Really, he’s like Steve Jobs of the vape space. To me, the dynavap community is just like the apple community, in regards to the passion for the product.

We had some really nice conversation and ultimately I got his approval. I’m glad I was able to impress the man who started it all!

To sum things up, the trip was well worth it and I’m glad I could spend 2 days with the dynavap team!

It started about 10 years ago. When I was younger, I always had a passion for art, I was introduced to woodworking by a friend of mine, so the obsession started instantly once I saw the possibilities

I feel ya, it started as a hobby for me as well. Maybe 1 day it could be more than that. I've done alot of pen blank hunting so whenever I see some crafted exotic pieces I can't help but drool. Can't wait to see where this goes for ya. Keep it up @primitiveorganic

Thank you. I’ve now switched over to my signiture brand @simrellcollection so I can soon start to engraved my logo into each piece as my signiture! I’m working on other things as well. I’m excited to release some of them soon!

I decided to make a knurled wood stem, it came out phenomenally! Not only does it add grip while heating, but the pattern diamond pattern looks phenomenal!

Yes they do, they have brass insert for structure and to garuntee a tight fit to the tip/cap, also it prevents any wearing of the wood from the application and removal of the tip for cleaning etc. They also include integrated titanium condensers

I answered your questions in your question

Each stem has an integrated titanium condenser, as well as a brass insert for structure and to prevent any wearing of the wood from the application/removal of the tip

I do offer the option to have a carb or go carbless, yes
