Saionara Atomizer thread

EXCELSIOR!
I found it incredibly wasteful and a very "light" experience compared to my e-nail. ESPECIALLY that QQ, all that did was splatter my extracts around the glass, and what a nightmare maintaining it.

I did reach out to the person I bought it from, tried all the settings on the pico, etc.... and no matter what could not hit any hits... then I sold it and that person didn't complain so who knows. I'm willing to give it another shot and try harder this time as i've moved on from the e-nail.

I was going to buy this kit:

https://theherbcafe.com/products/saionara-top-air-flow-atomizer-pro

But can also grab anything from PV:

https://www.planetvape.ca/vaporizers/saionara-szcrossing/

What do you think about the EZ Kit?

All you really need is the Sai Taf with Quartz Cup & Ti Cup
I'm using the Heater Coil for thec Quartz Cup on both inserts.
You may like some of the other coils, there are many.
I just use buckets as not interested in vaping off coils.
I heard the EZ is limited, but I don't remember how exactly.
If you like a lighter version Titanium, or SS is a little heavier.

So reddit is saying to get an espion 200w for the Sai TAF, but I’m nervous as this is my first mod - Is the pico easier to work with or is it like a mod is a mod, all of them are similar? My big concerns are safety and reliability, as well as ease-of-use...

It is in my opinion the best & one of the smallest dual battery, with all the
newest safe protections. Although they say its fine to charge in mod usb, I suggest a seperate battery charger with 2 matched sets of battery.
I love the Big display & color running Red Panda AF in Color.
I have DNA 75 & 4 Evic's and Espion 200 my fav and all around best in class.
No the pico is a pain, too small, good for Molecule, not for powerhouse Sai.

Well considering it only needs like 35W max seems like overkill no?

A smaller pico75 or something even smaller would likely be fine I think
Yo JC, I love my Espion because I really need it as I run both buckets at a @37 watts
with a 125% basically @50 watts for 2 sec then steady to maintain. It takes power &
steady power to go long sessions, like 2-4 30 second pulls when we party.
I was alway changing batteries and also a single battery mod I find starts petering
at about 20% of power , where my duals, evic dual are strong till last 8%.
I love the center 510 pin connect on the Espion, but you can use the pico
but it looks nicer with the Molecule kinda fits.

This is what it looks like in action, only a little bigger than the pico

I was going to get a dna75c mod, probably the new one at protovapor:

Any reason why you like the Espion more? I figured I'd get better/easier TC on the DNA along with Replay...

It's probably my shortcomings in knowing Escribe on computer.
I got much more help up here & setting on Reddit for Red Panda
AF color version. So many good peeps already using it and setting
already to just tweek.
I know the hardware is suppose to be more accurate, but all my AF mods works great
(as my videos prove- others BS about vapor on some BS coil, but they can't show you lol)
I'll eventually learn to use my Lavabox m dna 75 or just leave it on something simple
like a ss coil vape , the Mole seems to work well at .0092 locked res.
The DNA 75 Mod reads the coils more accurately in wattage mode it shines.
I just don't know enough about software and it is not user friendly like AF is.
When I went for help on forum, guy jump all over for asking about setting for
drug vaping, big turnoff, like a cop, lol.

So got my SAI TAF w/ quartz cup today ... ran a couple dabs of rosin through it, and it's pretty nice :) ... only problem is you can't see what's going on ... and I have had some burning around the edges ...

any recommendations for TCR adjustments to improve this experience? so less pulsing required to avoid burning? or am I stuck with trial and error?

I was hoping my Source Vapes XL bubbler attachment would work, but it's ever so slightly too small of a diameter :( ... that would have allowed me to use it much more dab-rig like the way I'm doing it with the Quartz Quest (installed a couple ever so slightly larger o-rings and was able to use the Source Vapes XL bubbler)

Guess I'll have to hunt for something similar ...

Was quite impressed with how smooth it was though direct! (just wish I could see what's going on or I could get TCR such that I don't have to)

Do you use AF? These are setting that work well & do not burn.
I know what you mean bt flying blind, that's why I designed my
visible globe & straw system , just to learn what is going on.
Watch video a few pages back as it using these settings.
I'll help you tune it in, very easy when set right.

TCR#317 @35 watts pre-heat 125% @2.0 sec, temp@ 420 - 460
Trick is what what vapor your getting and then easily adjust the
locked resistance up from the recommended 63 - 68, I go to .71 - .75
This works on the dozen or so I helped set up on different atty's.
I think it accounts for the loss between the heater plate & Quartz.
Watch the ammt you start with, if it's right you can just add to it
or stir & finish, I go by how golden the oil is after 3 15 second pulls.
If you watch my vid, I'm getting full vaper in 3-5 seconds, sip slow &
pull/hit it a little harder on second press for a sweet 25 sec pull.
The # that does it for my dual is resistance coil .55 locked ohms
I use same heater setting & coil for Ti Skillet now, just change temps
as it gets to temp quicker

@tennisguru1 - where'd you get that glass cap with the whip you use in your video? Does it fit the Sai, too?

Thanks!
That was the Sai, like these two videos also.
I sometime use the Max Eagle base, same as Sai with better air flow & Sai Taf or
my own creations. Many things fit in a 22mm base.

Also when wife passed, I JUST DON"T GIVE A FUCK, lol and it feels fine. ty PS(Mcgivering The act of creating something out of the objects in your current vicinity, making something happens out of almost nothing, most preferably a bong. Damn. I must be doing something wrong with my Sai TAF if you're getting hits like this. What settings for Sai TAF with the Ti Skillet it comes with? I use Pico 75W.

That name looks familiar. I think you helped me on reddit.

I'm using TCR 315, 40W, .72, usually around 400-420 but don't get thick hits like that. Also use 2 sec 125% preheat. Usually 1 average hit and several smaller ones.

So far the Sai has been very "light" compared to dabbing as another user seems to have mentioned.

So I would guess you are using the Donut heater that came with Ti Skillet?
Just leys first try this.
Change your locked ohms from whatever it is to .75 or .76 & let me know
if that did it a little better?
Easy to do in Af, just press 3x if on Sai preset.
I'll be around watching Federer play

Thanks for the reply. Will change resistance to .75 and leave the rest of the settings alone. Will report back later.

Edit: Correct, donut heater that came with the Ti Skillet.

I am really liking the new flat heaters, but like the donut heater the presets are off that is being spread around. Look I'm no math genius or formula guy, I just work things out by eye & feel in the real world. Whatever the reason, I can speculate, (but everytime I do some scientific type #'s guy loses me in some techno babble that I don't get. or start correcting me on my grammar , spelling or some BS) I think the transfer loss between heater & Buckets (both QC & Ti) just need to be bumped not in those personal
preference setting of Temp & Heat Time ect close enought to start, but if you just go and bump that # say the atty heater plate reads like .51 /.52 start at .55 .56 & that usually does it right. Same with donut heater, if it reads like .71 go to lock res at .75 .76
So far I have helped fix this error as some have it like at .63 ohms. No wonder you think this awesome vape sucks, lol. Why just melt them in wattage mode. :<(
Even on HVT's own site they are the Lamest shit I ever saw , no No TCR & Ni pulsing.
Do they want to sell blown heaters & mely wires to donuts.
Like I said , I'm not very smart, barely escaped high school in brooklyn , NY.
But I do believe what my lying eyes tell me.
Hope some of this helps you all & if you find some new or more helpful tips,
please pass them on, with links if possible lol.
