I already own a solo, the air is no interest to me though I did pass the offer onto a couple friends!
I notice that PV got some things back in stock which excites me.
Now I'm just waiting on a job so I can afford it

Sorry for being out of stock on the items you were looking for. We focused on getting LG HG2's instead of HE4's since they perform better. We spend a lot of effort on selecting our battery suppliers due to so many knock offs out there. It might take us a little longer to restock but we can guarantee authentic cells, nothing more important than that when dealing with something so dangerous. More LG HG2's arriving next week.

+1 for a Vapexhale discount code. I've been looking to buy a Evo starter kit for some time now, but all I'm waiting for is a discount.
It is not up to me to tell you how to do business, however, giving a discount on older models (Vapium Summit) without telling the possibly uninformed or under informed that there is a newer, improved model available is not nice.
It may all be legal, but I don't think this is how you build a customer base.
I feel like these guys have gone downhill since I've been ordering from them. The Alpha centauri V2 coils are never in Stock, the Source coils are never in Stock except for a couple kinds, the Hercules 510 never seems to be in Stock either. I'd like to get a AC v2 globe or a hercules for concentrates but literally anything I try to order is out of stock. Since planetvape is the only Canadian retailer selling W9 products it's really frustrating. I almost bought a Yocan evolve Plus because it's so hard to get the W9 products. I've checked the site numerous times now for weeks and these items never are in Stock. Either they need to start stocking them or W9 needs to find another Canadian retailer because I'm not paying duty to ship coils across the border.
Nice thing is you can do what you want, and are not held hostage, they are ... Lots of competition out there. imho
I can't do what I want though. Id rather not have to use another concentrate vape because many are cheap chinese crap whereas W9 takes their quality seriously. They are the only Canadian retailer of W9 products. Ordering from the US is too costly with the exchange rate and duty.

Ya I was gifted this PV Vortex adapter and there was nothing but chips and scratches around and on the inside of the 18mm joint.

I emailed them after my previous post about their lack of stock on w9tech products. They told me a week until they come in. It's almost 2017 and they are still not in stock. I feel like I wasted my money on the Alpha Centauri since I can't even get replacement coils in Canada right now without ordering from the US. I don't feel like waiting a month to be able to use my alpha centauri.
I am in Canada too, indeed orderin from USA is not fun but I wouldnt pin down a fellow Canadian retailer simply because they don't have the part you are looking for in stock. Canada Post might be part of the reason why it is taking them more then a week to receive the part. Ive ordered things overseas in october-November '16 that are still not here . Even orders from USA are slower . I do feel for you , maybe next vaporizer purchase , source out the replacement parts available on the market and not just from point of purchase.
I just don't think your problem is all on PV accountability. Wishfully they will be able to help you soon.
PV was simply being nice in asking for suggestions to a question raised by you. It is not uncommon from builders and suppliers on this forum to ask input or feedback, (iMO from what I've read so far) .
I have a problem when say, a business as products that are not available for everyone such as UD.. to me that's worst and borders legal issues & harder on customer base more then "offering a discount on a older product", nothing wrong with that. ...otherwise we , me included, must lay back builders & suppliers. We need them more then they need us individually. As a collective sure they need us but they don't need critics, reviewers in everyone .we must learn to shop wise and be happy with our purchases regardless if hard to find parts later or finding out of a newer product. . My own opinions .
Talked to planet vape because my visa debit card is being declined. My bank said that they had not declined so I phoned them. They seem to be having a new problem with cards being declined that were previously accepted and are working on the problem. I will try again early next week. Love these guys.
