Has anyone had a problem with pipesdaddy.com get corrected? I haven't heard a peep from their emails and they won't pick up the phone and you can't leave a message for past few days. They sent me some crappy piece I have no use for when I ordered and paid for a much nicer piece. WTF @ PDaddy

I feel cheated by pipesdaddy.com, please make this right! I have already spent over $100 from you guys and want to make further purchases and promote your business to family and friends. However, how could this cheaper non GonG joint get to me when I clearly ordered something else. Your phone system is scary to say the least. Why do this to your customers???? Please help me I am going on vacation next Thursday and need this settled b/c I will be gone for two weeks!

technically...no. I just checked the rules and we used to have one about cross-posting (basically spam posting the same post in multiple threads), but I don't see it now...we will fix that.

but you've been here a little while and you know the vibe we're after. if you have a problem with a company or product, state it once and move on. don't post the same griping post in multiple threads (or multiple times in the same thread). this thread could have been started with a simple question of 'Do any of you have a contact at pipesdaddy.com that gets things done?' and it would have been fine.

I'm gonna shut this thread down now.
