Options for concentrate from broken cartridges

I have a bunch of broken openvape cartridges that I got from the dispensary and they still have a ton of stuff in them. Can I just put the liquid into my prism pen? Or is that a bad idea for some reason?

Sure, you can put those broken cartridges in a ziploc bag and float it in a pot of hot water to thin the viscosity of those oils a bit, then suck up with a syringe and transfer to another container.

Do you know if it is possible (or inadvisable) to turn the concentrate into a tincture for sublingual?

Yes it should work well, the oil inside is already activated. Just need to add your Everclear or infuse into MCT oil.
