Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper tells CNN he is not ruling out making marijuana illegal again, as the state’s crime rate has been rising since recreational use of the drug was made legal in 2014. As of yet, there’s no research that ties the increased crime rate to the Colorado’s recreational pot law.

Magic Mushroom Legalization Is Getting Closer In Denver
A group called Decriminalize Denver has got 9,500 signatures on a petition to put magic mushroom legalization to a people's vote. The referendum, which would happen in may along with the normal election (an extra choice to make on the same ballot), is not a sure thing yet, but Denver's Elections Division is currently reviewing the signatures (they have 25 days).
I believe the high from whipped cream canisters is n2o, nitrous oxide. The same stuff in the "whippets" people used to buy from "head shops" where everything was for "Tobacco only".
