The unit is 9/10. The tube shows some wear but it's hardly noticeable. The filling tool is scratched on the lower end. I'm asking $85 shipped (US only).
NOTE: The unmarked cartridge in the picture is unused and will be included for free, but I'm not sure of the voltage/ohm or that it even works..
