Noob To Oil Carts, Vape Pens.. Need Suggestions

Hey folks,
Its been a while since Ive been on and along the road
I stumbled upon vape pens with what I believe is called oil carts, aka 510 carts?

I have a few questions,
first what are your thoughts on them?
Second, what would be the best vape pen to purchase. (they all seem the same to me)
Third, is there any cool LED light up version of a vape pen or are they all black gold and silver?
Fourth, why does different cartridges sometime not work on a pen, or work on someone elses pen but not mine etc.
Fifth, how can you fix a cart thats not working, aka pen blinking light instead of steady light?

Because all this stuff is junk mass-made in China.

Commercial vape liquids generally contain Propylene Glycol. Antifreeze liquid is (or used to be) Ethylene Glycol which can kill pretty good if you drink it. Ethylene Glycol is one atom's difference from Propylene Glycol.... Something to think about. Nobody knows that it is safe to inhale PG.
