It notes that, while more studies are certainly needed, the current studies show low risk of negative health effects. Biggest concern raised is impaired driving. [Anecdotelly, I've been driving impaired on MJ for fifty! years, and while I've been in accidents, I have never been at fault in terms of insurance claims or actually, for one accident while stoned in all that time.]
