MN Hemp Assoc Day at Capital 3/5

FYI, this Thursday, Feb 5 is MN Hemp Assoc Day at the capital.
12:00 - 1:30 is the main part.
I'm going down to help support our hemp farmers.
It can be tough as some have already forfeited their crops for over the 0.3% THC limit.
And at the other end, some have hemp plants with too little CBD/ not able to sell it.

Not too much, not too little, but just right....
Anybody else going?

Hemp Assoc Day went well, got a 1:1 with my State Rep and attended the news conference session too.

The proposed law includes a very novel / very creative twist. It grants the Ag Dept? the power to deviate from fed regs. For example, to raise the THC limit in hemp to 1%. That would be awesome to help avoid hot crops that have to be destroyed.

Also, for hemp crops that are grown, processed, sold in MN ( start to finish) , some of the numerous hoops would be waived.

?? If MN raised the allowable THC limit, wouldn’t the feds practically nuke MN..... they tend to go nuts over such audacity???
