    Yo yo yo,

First post on here so forgive any ig'nance or foolishness.

I broke the crappy herbal tank on my g pen, and I am looking for a replacement tank. Not for herbs, but for oils.

I encountered the Medicali Earl tank and the Mediglobe tank and they seem to be of excellent quality, but I can't find the threading information. G pen has a 601 thread, so if any of you guys know the threading on those two medicali products, your help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to keep using your G Pen battery, I highly suggest this cart for stable concentrates:

    http://www.w9tech.com/titanium-gr2-kiss-cartridge/

601 threading. 1000x better than any Grenco accessory.

As for that Medicali stuff... never heard of it, so I assumed it was yet another Chinese E-Cig based device.

After a quick Google search, I found that I was right.

    http://worldbestvaporizers.com/medi...7.html?zenid=ede0ca2fc56acab8b0d75c57794b11ea

    Meh.

With products like these you're paying a 150+% premium over cost of these rebranded, Chinese made, E-cig components because some company like Grenco or Medicali bought a bulk lot of them and rebranded them for the MJ community.

Hell, if you go to the Fasttech website, you can put together your own "G Pen" (or anything similar), using the exact same parts made by the same Chinese factories, at a fraction of the cost. You can Literally build a "$100" G Pen for under $25, including shipping and spare parts. And keep in mind that's no where near at the cost that these companies like Grenco pay when they mass order this shit.

If you want to vape your concentrates in the most efficient, and safest way possible, I suggest sticking with companies which design their products specifically for the MJ community, instead of paying other companies to buy E-Cig parts from the lowest 3rd world bidder.

    Just IMO.

Just "keepin it real". Also, if you are going to use this on a g-pen battery, might as well get the version that has the collar so it looks nice:

    http://www.vaporwarehouse.com/store/p/628-K-I-S-S-Cartridge-Titanium-OPhos.html#.U0SDtfldXm4

Or you could spend the same as you would on just that Medicali cart, and get a whole setup:

    http://www.vaporwarehouse.com/site/omicron-light-vaporizer.html#.U0SEkfldXm4

Just make sure to pick the "3.7v TITANIUM K.I.S.S." option for the extra $5.00 under where it says "Select Cartridge" on the drop-down menu.

Plus that site gives free shipping.

Oh, and if those KISS carts ever burn out, you can send them off to this guy to get them rebuilt:

    http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/up-tech-kiss-cart-rebuild-kits-service.13255/

@Sleepin in CA will take care of you.

Go with the Earl tank by Medicali you won't be disappointed at all. I've tried most atomizers out there and it's one of the best for sure! I recommend that one or The Cannon sold exclusively by Vaca Vapes to all my patient's that dabble in the extract. You can order that here http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=201064199147 or the Earl tank here http://medicalistore.com/product/earl-replacement-mouthpiece/

I'm sorry but no you are totally wrong! Medicali is an all American borosilicate glass company and their atomizer is NOT the same as that shi*** gpen atomizer. It's far superior and not some piece of junk made in China I haven't even found another atomizer similar to Medicali's Earl tank. Check out their ACTUAL WEBSITE not a licensed retailer, their atomizer has 2 coils not just one like gpen! It has a coil on top and then a second coil built into the middle incase some leaks through. http://medicalistore.com/product/earl-replacement-mouthpiece/

The Cannon and the Earl look like what I need. I am going to pick up some hash oil, haven't seen it yet, and these look awesome. I was about to give up on the whole pen thing and now after researching all weekend these look like what I need. Can I use these on my wifes e-cig batteries? They are joyteck egos. Do I need different batteries? If so what do you suggest. I am trying to keep it cheap. It looks like the high dollar ones have problems also so cheap is my goal without losing product.

Are you implying that this "glass company" has their own production facilities to make these wick/coil vape pens and that its all done in the US? I'm sorry, but I don't see anything stating as such on their official website (as per your link). Don't you think that would be something they would advertise as a selling point? I can all but promise you that these things are made overseas, and yes most likely in China.

Its also interesting that they state that their cart is "the first double coil cart" when @THC SCIENTIFIC had his double coil essential oil carts out years ago. How old are these carts?

Im still a bit confused. Do you have more information that I'm not privy to here?

Edit: This is your first and only post? Interesting.

@Newcastle Nope, this doesnt seem like spam at all. He was even nice enough to provide an ebay link for you! Not saying it seems fishy, but...

And yes. Those are ego style batteries... the ones that are like $8 on FastTech... and they are selling them @$40.

@use7dont1abuse0 Maybe Im wrong. Maybe this is the best thing since sliced bread and Medicali makes these by hand in the US by skilled technicians in a laboratory setting. I invite you to share more information and prove me wrong. Id really like to be wrong, even though id be willing to put major money down that I'm not.

BTW, what wick material do these carts use? Whats the wire made of? Do you have use videos? Seems like that info is missing from their website? Also other than having two coils how is this NOT like a Grenco product?

I'm sure you're absolutely right about them being made in China, I knew I should've worded that differently. All I was trying to point out was that your statement about Medicali's atomizer being an inferior product like Gpen's atomizer is totally wrong as I have personally tried almost every atomizer for concentrate that's on the market and can say that Medicali's Earl Tank is one of the best as far as how much concentrate it can hold, how big your hits are, and how well it tastes. You're right I don't know what the coil and wick is made out of but it doesn't have a harsh nasty taste like most of the concentrate atomizers on the market. I'm sure most people don't even know who the hell THC Scientific is (nor can I find this atomizer you're talking about) whereas everyone who owns high quality American borosilicate glass knows the name Medicali. And WOW you're so quick to defend your statement you didn't even realize what @Newcastle was asking! He wasn't asking if those batteries on Medicali's site were ego's he was just asking if the Earl tank would work on the ego style battery, which by the way @Newcastle yes the Earl Tank and The Cannon by Vaca Vapes will work on ego style batteries but I use and recommend the Ovale Evic http://www.ovaleusa.com/shop/ovale-evic-kit

Don't worry @Caligula I'm not trying to come in here and ruin your precious forum status quo I was just letting you know you were wrong so people dont read your negative statement about a product that YOU'VE NEVER EVEN TRIED and decide to pass on something great! Oh and no I'm not marketing in any sort of way just trying to inform people on what concentrate atomizers are good to use instead of doing what you do and bashing a company's product I've never even used before!

My word of advice to people...don't listen to every negative thing someone has to say about a product, cause I'm sure most will end up being like this guy and have never actually tried the product for themselves. (Or maybe he's the one marketing and thats why he's so quick to put other's products he hasnt even tried down...just throwing that out there) Just take the plunge spend a couple bucks and find out for yourself then make your own opinion! =D

    1. Welcome to FC. Please don't feel special/singled out. If you stick around, you will see that when someone makes a claim or statement (especially if that person has zero reputation) without empirical evidence/citation, things get scrutinized and questioned. That is one of the things that makes this forum so great.
    2. That may be so, however you failed to provide anything backing up this claim other than "it has two coils".
    3. And this is exactly my point. Basically all of these wick/coil atomizers are the same with minor variations. They all work on the same principal and operate in the same manner. I don't care if it has 1, 2 or 12 coils.... its still all the same shit. The real difference you need to look for is the quality of materials used. As you said, you have no idea as to the quality or even type of materials used in the Medicali products, so Id say that automatically disqualifies any further points from you on this matter since its then getting into purely subjective territory.
    4. THC SCIENTIFIC is the forum name for the owner of W9/UP Tech. If you haven't heard about that company or their products, you are either new to the scene or have been living under a rock... regardless, they are a company that solely produces MJ oil vapes and accessories for said vapes (versus a glass company that also happens to sell rebranded vape pens, lighters, hats, grinders, T-shirts, thongs...). In any case, he invented and released their Dual Coil Essential Oils Cart almost four years ago. Pretty sure thats before Medicali released "the first dual coil cart" (as per their website), but maybe I'm wrong?
    5. Actually, I was very aware of what he was asking. Not only did I answer him (by affirming that those are indeed ego style e-cig batteries) but I also pointed him to a place where he can get extras for super cheap. Even if Medicali uses some sort of exotic threading like Grenco does, this can be easily remedied by a $1.00 threading adapter.
    6. That's all well and good. I'm glad people challenge me as well as the status quo. Lord knows I'm wrong enough! The issue here, however, is how you chose to do it. You brought nothing to the party as far as evidence to back up your claims other than what boils down to "because I said so". In fact you even later confessed that you don't know anything about the materials or build of this product. Don't you think that's a huge factor in comparing products which are so similar in nature (talking about the G Pen or any other coil/wick atomizer here)? Hell, I own coil/wick atomizers from UP Tech. Same shit as everything else... except for the fact that I know they use 99.XX% pure grade 2 titanium wire, and medical grade porous ceramic wicks. THAT is a substantial difference worth noting. 2 coils? Not so much. Especially not without some sort of proof/documentation showing exactly how that setup is superior to one of the millions of other wick/coil carts out there.

Like I said anyone who ones high quality glass knows the name Medicali and that name speaks for itself, if you want to know more do some research, Google is amazing! Or contact the company I'm not their marketer like I also said I'm just here to let people know what works the best and what doesn't and I don't need to sit here and spout a bunch of bullshit to make myself or a product sound better unlike some people. Too be honest though guys The Cannon Atomizer is probably a little better than the Medicali Earl Tank @frustratedgpenner & @Newcastle. Don't let guys try to tell you something sucks when they haven't even taken the time to try the product or even research it themselves *cough* @Caligula *cough*cough* (guarantee he's going to respond with another page long post of how I know nothing haha)

mod note: Please review the Be Nice section of the rules. If you have to get personal to get your point across you won't do well here.

No sir. The onus is on you to provide proof of what you say. Simply put, you have made statements that come across as "matter of fact", while providing absolutely nothing to substantiate what you claim.

    That being said...
