Making active tincture from inactive oil?

Needing some help here guys. Managed to get myself some oil for vaping with the volcano, but its the inactive concentrate. So, works fine with the volcano (love that machine), but I'm wanting to expand my horizons a bit and make my own tincture.

So, would anyone know the best way to heat activate the oil, then mix with an alcohol solution? I'm only working with 1ml or so (supply isn't great where I am), so obviously don't want to mess up on my first try, hehe.

PS: Sorry if this question has been asked before. I searched around the forums for a while and couldn't find anything that suited my query.

Sorry if I didn't word things correctly. It's normal cannabis oil, extracted via ethanol, I believe. It's just that the herb wasn't baked before the extraction process, so I only have inactive oil. Works fine for vaporizing, of course, but I'm trying to figure out how to decarb the oil in an easy fashion so that I can make a tincture.

So I'm trying to figure out - do I try bake the oil in a small ceramic container in an oven? Or maybe on the stove? Does the oil evaporate quicker than if I used dry herb? Should I use a closed container, etc etc? These are the things I'm trying to figure out.

@215z I'll try search under that - thanks :)
